We rented for 3 families so the 3 separate apartments worked out great. Marvelline was very responsive and Karolina was also. We only had wi-fi and a tv issue with one of the apartments and wi-fi could be a little sketchy but wi-fi is hard for the host to control and the tv was fixed. All in all we had a great stay. Damien accommodated our early arrival and 1 brief late check out and set the key vodes to work for all 3 apartments. Thank you for the Champagne !

Fantastic accommodations for large groups. We had all the conveniences that we needed. Location was easy to get to metro to visit the city. The rooftop was awesome to enjoy views each night. Damien was so nice to print our soccer tickets for us too!We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartments are a great stay for Barcelona - the location is perfect and they are really easy to use with codes for access, which makes them ideal for a big group. The rooftop terrace is also a great social space! Would definitely recommend this spot!

Damien was a great host, with a very welcoming and accommodating team. The apartment was in the perfect location, only 7 min walk from the train from the airport. The rooftop terrace was a great space to chill and enjoy the weather. Would recommend staying here!

Excellent location, nice shared rooftop terrace with view on the Sagrada Familia. Interior is a bit dated if you’d care about that, but the apartments have all amenities and are perfectly suited for both short and long stays. Hosts are very nice and communicative; both arrival and check-out went super smooth

My colleagues and I (9 of us total) decided to avoid the conference hotel and book Damien's place in the Eixample. We're very glad we did: the place was spotless, well appointed (the laundry was particularly useful), had fast wifi, and was in an excellent location. Damien was very accommodating, allowing us to check into one of the three apartments much earlier than advertised so we could drop off our bags and shower after our long flights. He also quickly fixed a problem where one of the key cards stopped working. Overall Damien's place is perfect for big groups.

We were in Barcelona with 9 people for a team meeting and loved staying at this place. Super central, next to cafes, bars restaurants, bakery. Super clean. Great and easy communication. We enjoyed it.

Damien is an incredible host. He was very responsive and patient leading up to and throughout our stay. We were a large group staying at the apartments so we had a lot of questions. We also were scheduled to arrive during the Catalan independence protests. Damien went out of his way to help ensure a safe arrival and to accommodate last minute changes in our travel plans. The location of the apartment is excellent. The three apartments are all together on one floor within an enclosed hallway so by opening all the apartment doors we felt we were all staying in one large suite together, which was very fun for our trip.

Literally, a perfect place. The location is right next to cafes, a market with flowers, prepared food, and local grocers. We rented all three apartments for a family gathering of 25 people. Everyone commented that the apartments were perfect: clean, cosmopolitan, beds comfortable, showers excellent. The management company was on site for our stay and helped with questions. Not a complaint by one of our party, so victory.

We were 21 of us! We loved Damien’s place and he was really patient with me the entire time. I asked him a zillion questions and he answered them all promptly. I highly recommend his place. It’s very central and it’s very easy to get around. Thank you for the wine bottle and water in each apartment, that was very thoughtful of you. We will be back again :)

My company rented all three flats to house 10 people for a convention. The suites had easy access to the Metro that was a direct line to the convention center - perhaps a 10 minute ride. It was nice to be in a local neighborhood. Immediately next door was a great farmers market selling fresh produce, meats, fish and cheese. A great little wine store (La Vinicola) was less than a block away. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax at night. The flats were light and airy, the beds were comfortable and the towels were large and fluffy. The included breakfasts at the cafe downstairs were also very good and much appreciated in the mornings! Easy walking distance to many restaurants and a short taxi ride to La Rambla. Highly recommend to any who are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Barcelona. So much better than a hotel!

Damien was a fantastic communicator, making and changes/modifications super easy. The apartment was very basic, and we were unable to use the rooftop because the weather was really bad :(

The apartments were well located, clean, nice. As for the organizers, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, the explanations/rules were clear. In case of questions, the answers were always very quick and in case of need someone was always available, perfect.
