Lovely place to stay in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district. Small but cozy, well distrubuted and great ameninities. Beautiful view of the tower from the patio. Location is perfect. Desk works well for teleworking. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

We stayed at Damien's apartment for 1 month and loved it. The location is perfect, in a very nice neighborhood and central. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is perfectly equipped, very modern and clean. Communication was also always very quick and very nice. I highly recommend this apartment from Damien!

Damien, the host, was friendly and accommodated my early check-in request. Communication was smooth. However, I faced issues with Airbnb management. Appliances were faulty, and visits were disorganized. Despite this, their goodwill was evident. The apartment's location for tourism near Paseo de Gracia is excellent. It's divided from a larger unit, lacks sunlight, unsuitable for long stays. Neighboring apartment noise, as mentioned in reviews, needs addressing. Overall, good host, but improvements are necessary for a better experience.

Place was okay for a few days but not a good idea for longer term rental: - Following things to Apartment split to two units with a partition wall. - Can hear quite a bit of noise coming from other unit especially in the evening. - Washroom shower is small and tends to leak water to the rest of the floor - AC on other side of room, bedroom continues to stay hot during the evenings during the summer. Positives: - Location - Cute terrace

We absolutely loved our month at Damien’s place. It was exactly like the description, AC that worked perfectly, WiFi great for working/zoom calls. Location was perfect, close to metro station and also very walkable to many things. We would definitely come back and stay at one of Damien’s homes. Thank you!

It was our 3rd time in Barcelona and only this time we eventually fell in love with this city, and Damien's apartment is one of the reasons! Perfect location. We (my wife and me) stayed here for a month and in the end, agreed that it couldn't be better. Very central but calm and quiet, with beautiful surroundings, cozy streets, super friendly people everywhere, and tons of coffee shops, tapas bars, and restaurants. Our favorites are BORO Bar for the drinks across the road and Crois Croissant Gourmet for morning coffee. A quite big supermarket (Mercadona) in the quarter. Bus stop and 2 metro lines in 5 minutes by walk. Very clean, new, and greatly equipped, with all the needed technics, a comfortable mattress, A/C, and high-speed internet (I checked once and it was about 300 Mb/sec). Good water pressure in the shower. Terrace! Not big, but anyway a great option for a studio. Cons: quite dark (only one window with door to the terrace) and cold flat for April.

I stayed at Damian's for over a month. Fast and reliable wifi, I worked from here with no internet issues. The location is perfect and the apartment is quiet (considering it is an apartment in a city). The outdoor space was great! Damian and Karolina were very attentive and proactive to all of my messages and questions.

Furniture is brand new and you can find everything you need in this apartment. Location is very central. Only thing I didn’t enjoy is that the apartment gets a little sunlight. But everything was good, thanks!

This apartment is perfect for solo and couples. It’s clean, the kitchen is very complete and it seems like it’s recently renovated with a modern and stylish design. The location is amazing with restaurants and a grocery store in the same block. It’s 5 minutes walking to plaza Catalunya and with metro and bus stops close by. Very recommended!
