Granada Del Mar condominium is a 36 Unit beach front property Located west of Christiansted. 2 Bedrooms, one bedroom has a King bed with 2 nightstands, the other bedroom has two Full beds with one nightstand. Each bedroom has a full closet, a dresser and full bathrooms with tile showers. Our condo has been recently renovated, in 2013, with all new Kitchen & Bath cabinets. New appliances include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer. We have gas grill. Air conditioning is available, although with the awesome trade winds it is rarely needed.The property has large pool and small club house with ping pong. A putting green is also available.

Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Swimming beach, restaurant and bar are only .3 - .4 miles away for a 2-3 minute walk. All beaches in St Croix are public.

Robin was great, super fast response, she even called me upon arrival. Condo was great, fit my parents and kids perfectly. The view was stunning.

If you have any problems or questions with any of the following, please be sure to phone us BEFORE you send us your rental deposit monies. Thank you. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation.  All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made IN WRITING. Once  Premier Properties USVI has received your deposit, if you cancel/change your reservation 120 days or more prior to arrival, there is a 10% penalty of the total room charge. If you cancel/change your reservation 60-120 days prior to arrival, there is a 50% penalty off the total room charge. If you cancel/change within 60 days of arrival, there is a 100% penalty off the total room charge. If your cancelled dates are rebooked to another guest at the same rate, any greater penalty charge will be reduced to 10%. Christmas/New Years and President weeks are non-refundable unless your cancelled dates are rebooked. If you need to change or cancel any portion of the services you have booked, please notify us IN WRITING (by fax or letter). No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. Guests who abandon their villa without authority from Frazier Premier Properties agree they have no rights to compensation. TRAVEL INSURANCE AND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in the event you are forced to cancel your trip. There are many providers of this coverage. One that our Guests have used is IMG Global. Their web site is: www.IMGlobal.com . Under the “Products and Services” tab, select “Travel Insurance / Trip Cancellation” to see your choices of coverage. ESCROW ACCOUNT: Guest understands that all rental monies shall be deposited in a non-interest bearing escrow account. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER Every guest reservation is required to include an Accidental Damage waiver of $49. This waiver will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $500. If the damage to the property exceeds $200, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet. Please do not hesitate to report an accident as this waiver is in place to protect the property but also encourage guests to work with the managers. YOUR VILLA: Locked pantries and closets are reserved for the use of the villa owner and are not included in this rental. You as the Guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting your villa. All villas are privately owned, so décor, colors and inventories will of course vary. All villas are fully furnished, including an ample supply of bed linens and towels for Guest's use. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the villa is prohibited. LIABILITY: Premier Properties USVI is acting hereunder as agent for accommodations, and assumes no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying passengers to or from their villa. Transportation (airlines, rental cars and taxis) are supplied by providers who operate independently of Premier Properties USVI. We assume no responsibility, therefore, for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property because of the acts of those providers. Furthermore, Guests are responsible for their villa during occupancy, and must lock villa's windows and doors securely when not on the premises. NO PETS: Pets of any kind are not allowed in or on the villa's premises without specific written permission from Premier Properties USVI (granted prior to arrival). A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of Guest's entire rent and deposit. SMOKING: This is a non-smoking unit, please observe this request. COMPLAINTS AND MAINTENANCE: Premier Properties USVI shall make every effort to keep all villas and their inventories in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, we will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is Guest's obligation to report any problems or damage IMMEDIATELY to us, regardless of the hour. ENTRY INTO VILLA: Premier Properties USVI or its staff may enter your villa to perform any repairs as necessary. If your villa is on the market for sale, we reserve the right to allow the villa to be shown, but only by advance appointment made with Guests. We will make every effort to schedule such brief showings at a time convenient to you, to respect your privacy, and not interrupt your vacation. SUBSTITUTION: Premier Properties USVI reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability should the reserved villa be out of order, sold or deemed substandard by us for any reason.  If comparable accommodations satisfactory to Guest are not available, Guest may receive a complete refund of all pro rated rent and hotel tax paid for the original villa. DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Guest and members of the party shall not use or permit to be brought into any villa any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property.
