Perfect location for my partner sister and I to hangout in London for the weekend prior to our departure! Super close to 2 different stations which connected us to all the spots we wanted to see. Very spacious and perfect for the 3 of us! Surrounded by lots of food options. Responsive host and easy to find with great instructions! Would highly recommend staying here

This place is very convenient given the supermarket downstairs. 10 minutes walk to underground station. We had shower head issue the firsy, Silvia is very helpful and resolved the issue on the second day. The only downside would be the sometimes there are vibration in the living room. Fair price, clean place!

When I was able to get a cheap accommodation in London, I couldn't help but be suspicious. However, I was able to trust them with their quick answers and kindness, and I was satisfied because the photos and the accommodation were the same. When I moved to the center of London, it was easy to get there because there was a subway station and a bus stop within a 5-minute walk. Also, there was a large shopping mall called Westfield in the back, a small park in the front, and a grocery store downstairs, so I had no difficulty living. However, there was a little noise from the ambulance and police car sirens, but it didn't interfere with my life at all. If I get a chance to come back to London next time, I want to come here again.

Thanks for a great stay. We were not used to living with the noise of the city so found the level of outside noise intrusive despite double glazing. However we did feel that it was good value for the price, lovely and clean and great accessability.

Positive: Check-in, Communication, comfortable beds, Cleanliness Negative: Very noisy environment - even at night. Quiet sleeping was not possible, Apartment in an old building: apartment door was not lockable, living room slightly vibrated throughout. Internet connection is temporarily not available. Pictures were not all current, or of the corresponding apartment.

The apartment is very well located, very close to 2 underground lines to the center. Around the corner are shops and restaurants, as well as a huge shopping mall. The apartment is well equipped with all the important utensils. The contact with Silvia (landlady) was good from the beginning, she also gave helpful information for the surrounding area. There were three of us there and there were many trips to London City in a week. We can therefore highly recommend the apartment.

Very well located accommodation for public transport and shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The other side of the coin is that it overlooks a noisy street where it runs a lot. It's best to provide earplugs for the night, especially for the room on the street side. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, functional and communication with the host was very easy as this one was very responsive.

What an absolutely amazing airbnb at the perfect location. 2 minutes walk to a local market, an international shopping mall, tube, train, bus, local restaurants….. this place is perfect to explore. The host was super in communication and made it very easy!

Charmstay is a great little flat in a good location to anything we wanted to see and do in London. Unfortunately it didn’t have a washer but Sylvia quickly and kindly shared laundry services close by. The front bedroom was somewhat noisey with the hustle and bustle of people through the 24/7 convenience store. The beds were very comfy, everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Fabulous location!

The property is a short walk from the metro station and bus stops. It's a little noisy but super comfortable! The house is simple but clean with very comfortable beds. The kitchen has the necessary accessories. Silvia is a friendly, attentive and responsive host. I'll be back and very happy to come back!

Functional and well-equipped apartment, comfortable bedding. Host available, responsive and attentive. Accessible because close to two metro stations (different lines), shops (ex: Lidl) and restaurants and bars in addition to the market. As a result, the neighborhood is lively and lively, noisy at times.

The location is convenience if you parked the car at Westfield London, it is within 10 mins walk to the location. We use tube to travel inside London. The place is neat and clean. Lots of local shops and restaurant nearby. There is two tube station nearby (Shepherd's bush market or Shepherd's bush), we found the place fantastic and high recommend if you plan to drive to London.

Good location. 2 underground stations in the immediate vicinity. Therefore, good connections in all directions. Apartment clean and tidy. Silvia and Lucy were always available. We even got new towels in between. We were also provided with coffee. Thank you so much!

We had 3 days in London and were very happy with the choice of Silvia's apartment. It was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and very good beds. The proximity to the subway made it convenient to get around. A small park outside was nice. Silvia responded quickly to inquiries and when we had a bit of a challenge unlocking we were given assistance immediately. We recommend the place and would love to come back!

Well located accommodation with very good transport connections. The host took great care of us and was always courteous. The room facing the main street was loud one night due to a bar nearby and one day out of three. It wasn't audible in the back bedroom. You could sleep there undisturbed. A pleasant accommodation that we would like to choose again.

The location of Silvia's accomodation is very near to London's center by underground or by bus. So it is super easy to be wherever you want in 20-30 minutes. The flats are spacious clean and recently renovated....although the building is not new, Silvia did a great job on this. She was there uppon our arrival and made us feel like home. At this point i would like to outnote the only negative thing in our overall stay. That is the "bad" neighborhood in front of the appartment, especially after 22.00. But how did we solved this? We used the "Shepherd's Bush Market" underground stop (not the Shepherd's Bush one) so it is nearer to the west of the flat and you can be at your door without passing all the bad neighbourhood. Moreover you can use bus number 148 from London's center. Overall I highly recommend Silvia's apartment and would happily stay there again.

The accommodation was exactly as described. Very clean and functional. It's in a busy multicultural area. Since the apartment was facing the street, it was relatively noisy. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They were always available. The connection with public transport was very good. We felt immediately comfortable and would also come back.
