-Very nice flat overall, it was very clean, and the host was very easy to communicate with. -The area is alright, we did not feel unsafe. -The only negative thing was that they do not provide a duvet set and blanket for the baby cot. One expects those to be provided when a baby cot is listed among the amenities of the property. -We had a great experience and were very happy about the property in general, would recommend.

This Airbnb has a fantastic location — it is a little further out from central London but it is close to everything I needed. Lots of public transport options close by! The hosts were warm, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth. The space looked just like the photos and overall, I had a good stay.

This place is a gem! Located in the High Street of Shepherds Bush, with Westfield Mall literally around the corner and lots of restaurants minutes away, it was a perfect stay. The place is bigger than described, nice and clean. Bedding and towels as in a hotel, an A+ for that. And no noise from the streets at all. Quiet and spacious! ! I highly recommend staying here!

a brilliant location for transport connections and a choice of food shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep. Could not have been more helpful with communication and with information on finding the flat and how to get in. well equipped kitchen, very clean (including linens and towels).

Silvia was a great host, kind, responsive and welcoming. The apartment is functional, for 2/3 guests it is perfect. It is very close to the metro station, thanks to which you can move without problems. I would go back!

Place is located in a busy neighborhood with plenty of shops around and next to one of the biggest malls. The flat is nice and quiet and suitable for 2 people. Place was a bit cold as the heat turned off at night, and had to message host for help.

Listing with low-quality flooring, peeling off most of the slats, missing threshold bar, or with screws protruding from the floor. Shower with a curtain probably following a breakage of the wall but which is not pleasant. In short, a place that can troubleshoot but nothing extraordinary can be expected. Communication is good, responsive.

Good accommodation for a city trip in London, you can hear the subway. It doesn't look freshly renovated, but it's clean. The communication was very good!

Great stay in a clean place, as pictured. Silvia was very responsive, and very friendly. The accommodation is well located, a few minutes walk from the subway. 5 minutes away, a shopping mall with several restaurants and cocktail bars. I would recommend Silvia's place

Location is absolutely the selling point here, perfect for a night or two. I stayed 5 nights and it was very easy to get in, Sylvia communicated well to check I was in, and to let me know a cleaner would be coming mid week, which I didn’t need. Lots of tea and coffee and biscuits, very nice, bed was super comfy and lots of clean towels and good hotel-style linen. You’re getting what you pay for though, so it’s good for a place to sleep and cook if needed. Place was overall clean, but shower curtain needs to be replaced as it has mold, some things are broken (bathroom drain is just an open hole in the floor). My main concern is the door doesn’t have a secondary lock or deadbolt from the inside, the anyone with a spare key or key box code could come in. I felt relatively safe however as the main flat entrance was fob entry

Great location for bus, underground and Westfield shopping centre. Shop and kiosk right by the front door. Responded quickly to messages before we arrived, but kept waiting more hours when staying when we needed more toilet paper. Beds and pillows were hard. Sticky floors. Otherwise nice stay.

The apartment was in a great location in a fun neighborhood, close to an Underground stop (Shepherd's Bush). The host was very attentive and made sure I was all set. It seemed a bit pricey, but bargains in London are hard to find.

Quite good, but disappointed by the quality of the accommodation: poorly laid parquet with poorly joined grooves, poorly screwed and exposed threshold screws, scotch tape on the furniture... not ideal for a stay with a baby like us. The price, while competitive, is too high given the quality of the space.

Thank you very much for the quality service provided by Silvia and her team. The check-in information provided is very clear, the room is clean and tidy, the supermarket downstairs is very convenient, it is a 3-minute walk from Westfield Mall, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk from the subway station, and there are also small cookies in the room.I will definitely come back to stay if I come to London again, thank you.

Silvia is a great host. It’s the lovely little touches which made the difference. I was particularly taken by the plate of sweets by the door just in case any trick or treaters called during my stay. The apartment is well located with very easy transport connections. It is close to all amenities, and particularly close to a supermarket which always makes things easier. The flat itself is basic as per the pictures, but then good value for price in reasonably central London. I was comfortable and slept well. The apartment was quiet which was surprising given it’s central location. I’d certainly stay again, and Silvia is a proactive and thoughtful host.

Silvia's place is our best Airbnb experience ever! She let us check in early. She was there to greet us & carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. She is super kind & friendly. The place is spotless. Pots & pans & utensils in the kitchen are new & in great condition. Even the sponge and floor mop she left us is bran new. Washroom is spotless. Bedroom & living room are super comfortable, like a 5-star hotel. The layout of the place is very nice - kitchen separated from bedroom. The place is safe & secure. Silvia responds to any questions almost immediately. The place is quiet & safe. The location is superb, walking distance to a few tube stations and many great restaurants. It is less than 20 walks to the gorgeous Holland Park, my favourite place in London. Silvia is always ready to help throughout the stay. We will recommend her to everyone!

Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful! She made sure we were taken care of in every way. I booked the airbnb on behalf of my parents, I did not have to worry about their stay in anyway. The location is very close to the underground and overground and buses (Ubers were easy to catch as well). 10/10 would recommend.

Silvia is an amazing host. He answered each of our questions and was always very nice and kind. The apartment is very quiet. We arrived and found everything clean and like the photos. The location is not the most central but the transportation facilities made it easy for us to get around London. It's also not the best area in London but really the price/location/quality ratio is worth it! We had a great stay in London and the apartment has everything we needed. The wifi worked perfect, the bed was comfortable, the room had good space, the living room and modern and comfortable spaces. The kitchen also has everything you need to eat at home (oven, coffee maker, kettle and good utensils). Access and access were also very simple. Thanks to Silvia for everything! Very good experience 😁

Silvia was an amaizinghost. Always available and very quick to answer any question. The flat is located in a great area with underground, bus, mall and pubs. The bed is quite comfortable, the shower is very nice with a good water pressure. Wifi is very quick: I worked on line with no problems. The kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric stoce and other items allowed us to prepare breakfast and small meals. O would stay in this flat again.
