Listing with low-quality flooring, peeling off most of the slats, missing threshold bar, or with screws protruding from the floor. Shower with a curtain probably following a breakage of the wall but which is not pleasant. In short, a place that can troubleshoot but nothing extraordinary can be expected. Communication is good, responsive.

Good accommodation for a city trip in London, you can hear the subway. It doesn't look freshly renovated, but it's clean. The communication was very good!

Impeccable value for money, thoughtful hosts, comfortable bed, conveniently located next to shopping streets, restaurants and the metro. A great stay, with responsive, pleasant and available hosts. Bonus point for coffee capsules, cupcakes, jams, and linens.

Great stay in a clean place, as pictured. Silvia was very responsive, and very friendly. The accommodation is well located, a few minutes walk from the subway. 5 minutes away, a shopping mall with several restaurants and cocktail bars. I would recommend Silvia's place

Location is absolutely the selling point here, perfect for a night or two. I stayed 5 nights and it was very easy to get in, Sylvia communicated well to check I was in, and to let me know a cleaner would be coming mid week, which I didn’t need. Lots of tea and coffee and biscuits, very nice, bed was super comfy and lots of clean towels and good hotel-style linen. You’re getting what you pay for though, so it’s good for a place to sleep and cook if needed. Place was overall clean, but shower curtain needs to be replaced as it has mold, some things are broken (bathroom drain is just an open hole in the floor). My main concern is the door doesn’t have a secondary lock or deadbolt from the inside, the anyone with a spare key or key box code could come in. I felt relatively safe however as the main flat entrance was fob entry
