Had a super stay. Ideal for a couple or a small family. We were out most of the day and came back in late.. Location is fantastic.. a short walk from Kings cross station. Very Safe. Basic amenities are there and it’s a great value for money deal for a stay of about 5-7 days.

Very well located accommodation, ideal for enjoying the neighborhood. The host is available, responsive and really does his best to accommodate, which is very much appreciated. A few small points to improve to reach 5 stars: some basic necessities were missing (oil/butter/bottle of water, etc.), the can opener is rusty and works badly, the tap stem of the sink is broken and unscrews itself, and the bathroom would need a little extra cleaning. Overall, it's a very good apartment, but it's missing a few details to make the experience truly perfect.

Excellent hospitality and the kindness of the host was perfect. Two points bothered me a little. The street-side room is extremely noisy compared to the outside. Then I find that the maintenance of the apartment leaves a little to be desired. Marks on the walls and mould in the bathroom, dishes OK but Teflon cooking utensils damaged and in my opinion to be replaced, furniture like the shoe cabinet which I had to screw back on a shelf the other being out of order. Please note that I am only making these remarks for a constructive purpose, the value for money remains very good and the support of Silvia and the Charmstay team is just perfect.

King's Cross Station is about a 10-minute walk away, there is a supermarket nearby, the living function is excellent, the host responds quickly, thank you for taking care of me during the stay.

It was a great location close to St Pancras Kings Cross. It was easy to find thanks to the host's description. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The bathroom is quite small, but it has a good and warm shower. There is a lot of kitchen equipment so you can make something yourself.

Silvia was very communicative and accommodating. It was great to find a place in the area that had two bedrooms, and the washer came in handy. Previous reviews were accurate in that the bathroom is extremely small. However, the shower has great water pressure and hot water!

Great location and comfortable stay. The apartment is very well located, less than a 10-minute walk from King’s Cross. It is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and spacious. When we arrived, the heating was already on, which was very appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped, and there was tea and coffee available, which was a nice touch. The place is easy to access with clear instructions, and the hosts are very responsive. The only small downside is that one of the bedrooms is close to the street, so you can hear outside noise (but the hosts provide earplugs really nice from them which helped a lot) and the bathroom is quite small. Overall, a very good stay in a great location. I would definitely come back.

The location is excellent as there is only a short walk to the King's Cross underground station from the flat. It's great that there are two bedrooms in the flat. The downside is that there is a lot of traffic noise disturbing your sleep in the bedroom which is facing the street. It's a good idea to take your ear plugs with you if you get easily woken up by extra noise. Communication with Silvia and her team was smooth and we received friendly replies to our questions and other inquiries.

Lovely flat! Great location, responsive host, fair price. Both rooms are a fair size, nice closet room. Nice amenities. The only negatives are that we experienced some noise during night and the bathroom is tiny. Truly tiny. With that being said, overall good experience! Loved being close to Kings cross and loved how helpful Silvia and her staff were.

The service and friendliness of the Hosts was impeccable. Unbeatable location. The only points for improvement are: the beds are very uncomfortable and the bathroom (despite having read it in other reviews) is VERY small.

Very good location and very good contact with Silvia, very clean and everything you need is available. Ideal for a four-day city tour. The back room is very quiet, in the room facing the street you can hear the street traffic. I'd come back.

Great place to stay. Only 10mins to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Flat was neat and tidy and kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was smaller than expected. Sylvia & Lucy were helpful and communicative. They even gave us some recommendations, the steak restaurant in particular was delicious. Thanks

This place was perfect for a one-night stay as my mom and I were passing through London. It is an easy walk to King's Cross St. Pancras and is close to other trendy neighborhoods. The apartment is laid out well, and the power strip that accepted multiple types of plugs was appreciated as an international guest.

Silvia’s accommodation matches the description perfectly. It has all the essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. The location is excellent—right in the heart of train and tube connections, and the price is very reasonable. If you love Flat Iron, it’s just a one-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Charmstay Kings Cross was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Kings Cross station, a Tesco Express grocery and good restaurants. We recommend Addis Ethiopian if you love spicy food. Sylvia and Lucy were responsive hosts and provided some good recommendations themselves. We were also grateful that there was laundry detergent and welcome biscuits (what we yanks call cookies) there and coffee. Overall, the place is quiet. It is in a busy London neighborhood so a Sound Machine is necessary in the front bedroom some nights. There were only two of us but the place can easily accommodate two couples as long as they can, like us, fit into the small rectangular shower which is less than 1 metre / yard on it’s longest side. The bathroom sink is rather shallow so turn the water on slowly. Basically if you are 4 or less people looking for a clean, mostly quiet place central to London’s public transportation, with a washing machine, you can hardly do better for the value. This basement flat does not have much natural light. It needs maintenance, the exterior entry needs painting, the couch has a stain and the floor needs repair. On the plus side it’s reasonably near to Kings Cross station and the communication from Silvia was very good.

Silvia was a great host, communication was excellent, she checked in on us to help and provided great recommendations for local spots. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The apartment was clean and stocked with nice touches like coffee and jams. The apartment is very well located, making our stay very enjoyable. The only downside was that the photos made the place look a bit better than it was in person but overall we would recommend it and had a lovely stay.

Perfect for a getaway in London because it's close to the subway station. Responsive, easy to access host. Convenient accommodation, only downside I would say the bathroom which is very very small. Quies balls are quite noisy but Quies balls are left available, thank you.

Functional accommodation with a very good location in relation to the train station, the owners are very available and responsive, good communication, the instructions were very clear, we greatly appreciated the two bedrooms with double beds. However, in the listing description, it was not indicated that the listing was in the basement. This feature implies that the space is wet and cold and there is virtually no brightness coming from the outside. Also, the room on the street side is poorly insulated, we hear everything going on from the outside, we had been bothered by the noise coming from the street. Even if quiescent balls were made available to us, it would have been better to let us know, in particular by indicating it in the description. Finally, the bathroom is ridiculously small, we can't move as we want in the shower, there is no location to put our things.

We had a lovely stay at Silvia's place! The location was great, just a few minutes walk from King's Cross/ St Pancras/ Euston, so everything was super easy to get to. There is a supermarket just down the road and there are some great cafes and restaurants in the area! Silvias was very welcoming and friendly, the check-in was easy and she gave us some great tips and was really helpful! The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location, walking distance to Kings X and Euston. Beds were comfy and the kitchen would be very good for a longer stay, no living room/sitting room which was fine for us but might be good to know before you book. We were upgraded from the basement to ground floor which is ideal when travelling with suitcases. Would stay again :)
