Sylvia was very responsive and helpful and the flat is in a wonderful location. my only comment is that the flat is rather small, but good for a short stay.

A nice clean room, with all one would need for a short stay. The studio apartment is up two flights of stairs, helpful to know if one has mobility difficulties.was very convenient for Tavistock and Portman clinic if you are delivering training etc. The cleaning for one night was very expensive, more than the cost to stay in the room. Sylvia was very helpful answering questions.
