This newly refurbished , two bedroom flat has been stylishly decorated, with the living space and master bedroom offering amazing views across the valley to enjoy whilst sipping your morning coffee. The flat is on a lower floor around the back of the building (there is stairs to access).

Entrance/Accessibility-
The property is on the lower floor (stairs access) and has private entrance to the side of the building. Please note that due to this property being situated in the Malvern Hills, there is a steep climb to property from the town however there is on-site parking.

Kitchen Area-
This spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make culinary magic even when you're away from home! This includes; Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Pots/Pans. There is plenty of cupboard space and complementary Tea, Coffee and Sugar.
There is a dining table with space for 4.

Living Area-
The perfect place to relax after a long walk up the Malvern Hills! a comfy sofa and Smart TV are there to help you unwind.

Bedrooms-
There is two bedrooms at this property, the master bedroom which features a king sized bed and the second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have ample clothes storage space.

Bathrooms-
The bathroom includes a shower in bath, sink and toilet. Towels and linen are provided for your stay.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
