Lovely little apartment, so close to the train station but you couldn't hear a thing. Could do with a lick of paint but a lovely room

Very central. Could hear platform announcement from the station nearby in the room. Noisy doors from neighbouring rooms Additional charge for damage deposit required after booking. Steep stairs Sofa is very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very clean and shower was great.

Apartment had an odour, electrics we’re working, bathroom and kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly, and lock was temperamental which lead to me continuously being locked in and out

Great place…. we enjoyed our stay. Grocery store and train station across the street. The place was clean. No complaints at all.

Just like the pictures. The place smelled like onions but we were there for only a couple of days. The drain was clogged but they quickly fixed this. Would have been nice if there was a washer and dryer. Great location, pretty quiet to be close to main road. Overall good.

The apartments are convenient and reasonably spacious. I had some initial problems with the internet but this was resolved relatively quickly. The following week I was in a flat at the front of the building, which was larger but rather noisy due to the proximity of the train station and some roadworks. On arrival, it had not been fully cleaned but this was rectified the following day. Overall, a convenient place to stay if working locally.

Pros: Near the centre & a station. Clean, well-furnished & modern albeit quite compact. Cons: Not the nicest area, & significant noise from upstairs residents up to 3am. Guest Homes has committed to raise this with the building owner/landlord.
