The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of town centre, bonus was the on site parking. Lovely decor, well furnished throught comfy bed and sofa. The windows are quite old so can here the street noise, and hall and landing lights don't work so it's pitch black in the night.

Great location, nice spacious apartment, just be prepared to hear the traffic but we didn’t find it too noisy. The heating wasn’t working properly on arrival and it took me a while to find the sensor (it’s behind the lounge door), but when that still didn’t work Guest Homes were very quick to respond and it was sorted within half an hour.

On arrival the apartment heating wasn’t working. It was extremely cold, but the heating was fixed within 1.5hrs after contacting them. Not ideal with it being 3 degrees Also the bedroom and living room face a very busy road and it’s very noisy. The windows are pretty but no insulation for noise or heat

This is a great apartment, well situated and with parking which is ideal. The main and maybe only downside is the fact that it was freezing cold overnight because the heating would not stay on. Even getting up to apply the “boost” for an hour when we woke wasn’t enough due to the single glazing mainly. Even though we asked after the first night and were told that it would remain on constantly for our second night, that in fact did not happen. The road noise is also not inconsiderable. Whilst the listing does say that road noise is expected, it should be noted that this is a main road where ambulances with flashing blue lights do pass overnight. A lovely place but would not stay again if the temperatures are freezing outside.

The flat was very clean and comfortable. Was bigger than the photos showed! Great to have a parking place. Needed to contact Guest Homes while we were there, they were quick to respond. Will stay again.

We stayed at the flat as a family of four. My boys enjoyed watching the electric fire and also sitting in the bay windows to observe the city traffic below. The flat has a wonderful location as it was central to a lot of restaurants. The parking was great and felt it was a safe area. My family and I really appreciated the snacks as we got in around 9:30, good to have a nibble before bed. Hope to stay again. Thank you.

After some initial issues and even issues with a water shut off the owner came by personally to apologize for the inconvenience and leave a bottle something for the trouble ( that was professionally done and appreciated) The apartment is in a good location for easy access to the town and pubs, shops etc. The parking is private and reserved which was amazing. The apartment needs some care a bit of more regular upkeep. I.e ( appliances need to be checked I.e taster half working etc) The communal areas need a really good clean and the lightbulbs replaced in the hallway. Easy fixes. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I started in this apartment for six weeks, and it's a fabulous location for Worcester city centre - literally 5 minute walk and you're in the heart of the city. Good local pubs and restaurants right on your doorstep, same parking included - really nice flat and clean and tidy with great appliances etc. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended!
