Knew there were stairs but didn't plan on there being a lot of steep narrow ones, and as I'm on crutches wasn't the best. Toilet was coming loose. Shower was left on and door left open so when I turned the switch on the water ended up on the floor. View of busy main road, kept awake due to rowdy pub goers. Cob webs and spiders in window and corners of room so clearly not dusted properly.

There are lots of stairs, from opening the front door there was smell from dirty carpets, there was unexpected £25 non refunded asked to be paid after the booking.

Poor insulation means it takes a long time to heat up the room. Not much dinnerware or cutlery. Sink drains very slowly. Lots of stairs. Low slanted celings in some places. Low water pressure in shower.

Lovely stay, clean accommodation and local to town, unfortunately no forks to eat and only 1 knife which made it challenging but as that was the only complaint it was great value for money

First, I would like to say my Gf and I had a good time, place was clean and tidy, there was space enough. However, its not recommended for "tall" people... she and I are 1.80m and we were constantly having issues with that in the room, even hitting our head few times... its quite annoying. Also there was some dishes and spoons, but just 1 knife and no forks in the kitchen and the room doesnt get warm easily, due to the window that its not properly done. Place was good, but I couldnt say it was perfect due to all of this.
