We had a lovely 4 days in Tewksbury and the flat was a great location. Place was decorated nicely with nice furniture and was clean and tidy. Will come back!

Our reservation was Dec 20 to Dec 29, 2023. We arrived late (21st am) we informed them of mold problem and sent pictures. They did nothing but say they'd investigate. We said we couldn't stay in that condition and said we'd be forced to leave Friday if not resolved (mind you, this is Christmas.) They said they had nobody to come out and offered no indication of when someone would come out. They offered 50% refund for remainder of stay. We left Friday (22nd). The next Wednesday (27th), they said they had someone come out on Sat (23rd) - (don't know if it happened because it was nearly week later) They said we didn't give them a chance to fix the situation. We were supposed to stay in filth for 4 days waiting on them with no commitment of when it would be resolved? We ask about our refund every other day. They say they are waiting for management. As of Jan 12, no refund. Kind words, but no commitments, no results - just empty promises.

Our stay at the flat was ok. Only issue is that it is advertised as sleeping upto 6 adults, however the double in the second room is very small. Also there was no bed linen provided for the pull out sofa bed in the living area for the 5th and 6th person. Good location for the town, some road noise and a little from the tenant on the 1st floor this didn’t affect us too much. Communication with the host was excellent.

Easy to find with parking right outside the premises. Well designed and the internal layout was very good. Great location and only a short walk to the main High Street which had many cafes, restaurants and pubs to choose from.

We stayed here for 3 nights and could not fault it. Great location very close to town, parking right outside property. And the apartment was beautifully kept, spotless inside. Everything you need to cook meals plates, utensils. Beds were very comfy. Loved that the tv had Netflix 👌🏻

I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment is located on the main road into Tewkesbury, its very easy to find with parking right outside. Inside the apartment is well appointed and comfortable with a good sized bedroom located at the front and a smaller bedroom at the rear, the apartment is open plan and has a spacious feel, french doors open from the main living area onto a small private courtyard. You are a few minutes walk to Tewkesbury high street, the Abbey and all the town has to offer. Heading out of town you are a few minutes from a Supermarket, petrol station and conveniently located for the M5. Being a ground floor apartment there is some noise from the apartment above and some road noise can be heard in the bedroom that fronts the main road, however, I found the road to be very quiet overnight - these are minor points and given the convenience of the location and the amenity of the apartment I would definitely stay again. The host was also on point and easy to deal with.

There was a few things we were unhappy with. Lack of privacy in the bedroom the blinds were broken and the curtain were so thin and didn’t cover the whole windows. The pots & pans were very dirty Trays table wear were also unclean. The shower had zero power to it and the water was dripping out. No storage for clothes

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location. The host is very responsive and friendly. It had everything in the space needed (linens, cooking utensils...) 👍 A little less: the cleaning is not excellent, and a bed where you can smell the springs ++. But this is still a very suitable apartment, especially for the price and location.

Lovely little apartment, so close to the town within a short stroll distance to the Abbey. convenient to amenities- big Morrisons just along the road. The road wasn’t a bother to us at all. The kitchen had everything you could need. Would recommend.

Very convenient apartmemt and a great location for exploring Middle England and the Cotswolds. The 2nd bedroom was exposed directly to major road with never ending traffic, so the ear plugs provided were very appreciated.. Unfortunately, we had issues with the shower heat which was not fixed despite nice communication. In general, the apartment is value for money, convenient for trips in the local cities and sightseeing tours. Bring your own condiments for the kitchen. Would recommend to enjoy the area.

Perfect for 4 people but do not book if you are a party of 5 or more. The apartment did not have the provisions for a 5 person stay, let alone 6, so consider this if booking for a larger group. Overall, the decor was lovely the area was quiet and we had a nice enough time. But the lack of amenities for 5 guests really downgraded this Airbnb. If you like sleeping on a broken sofa bed, having 1 guest not have a plate, fork or chair, and no WiFi this is the place for you!!!

A clean, cute and homely decorated apartment in a good location a stones throw from Morrisons. I would of liked bedroom 2 to be a little more spacious but not the end of the world. You’ll feel at home in this air bnb. Bring extra kitchen bits and bobs if you’re planning on cooking a lot! Had a lovely stay and would be recommend.

It was a fascinating staycation at the Guest Homes! It looked exactly like in their pictures. Everything was great, from the fluffy and clean bed set, to the shiny and perfect kitchen! Not to mention an amazing wifi coverage. Hassle free check-in and out and communication was great!

Apartment is clean and spacious. Has everything you need for a short stay. Beds are really comfy. Lovely little add extras. Lovely outside space. Can not fault the apartment at all. We really enjoyed our stay.
