Very nice and cozy would definitely recommend staying here! Just minor issues such as a cleanliness especially when having to pay a cleaning fee! But overall would stay again

This was in an excellent location. Close to many sites. I’d recommend it to people not travelling with children. It was not a great fit for our family. Too small beds/rooms for the amount of people we had staying and the washer was broken which was inconvenient for how long we stayed.

It was a pleasant stay in a great location fine. Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice location. Walking distance to downtown but just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. As well as plenty of supermarkets etc. So recommend!

we ended up not staying at the property and spending lots of money for a last minute hotel. we only the received a 50% refund. In addition, the non- cancellation policy and additional insurance costs were irregular.

Nice apartment, walking distance from pretty much anywhere, city centre or Albert docks. Apartment was quiet and friendly, welcoming environment. The apartment was much smaller than expected, and checking in was very confusing. Had to walk to get the keys from another shop.

In walking distance to the main spots . But the beds are small and old. Had to pay an extra for insurance. The place needs a deep clean . wardrobe full with cleaning equipment and door held together with Sellotape. The extra spare key did not fit the door.

Had a wonderful stay in Liverpool at the property. Was exactly what was shown in the pictures and location wise was very central. Easy to get to from Lime Street station.

Company rental with a corporate feel. In addition to the fees and info communicated through AirBnb, we had to fill in lots of additional personal details to to their third-party property rental provider Superhog and was forced pay £10 admin fee and £250 deposit. All that was not clearly communicated up front. They would not accept my email address, even after I had verified it, because it was not a well known international email provider. Now I am receiving promo spam emails about other properties, which is exactly what I tried to avoid. The apartment is OK, but the ventilation system is very loud and it is not as nice and big as the professionally taken photographs makes us believe.

Great location, handy to be able to walk everywhere. Rooms smaller than expected, dining table only suitable for two. Photos are a little misleading. We reported a few items that needed to be fixed but nothing that affected us too much. Overall good value for money, clean and comfortable. Hosts very responsive.

There were four of us in the property as a family with two teenagers. The location is very central and you can explore the city on foot. The building itself is ok, but the design of the accommodation is all the more modern and very homely. There are two separate bedrooms, which is great as a family. The only drawback is the size of the rooms. One bedroom is just a little bigger than the bed and the beds are very small in themselves. And unfortunately there is no dining table for 4 persons, we helped with the sofa.

Katy, Joe and teams Airbnb was really nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to the Albert Docks easily and make the most of the shopping! This Airbnb was exactly like the images and we loved the interior. The only thing was that it backed onto a noisy alley way which is no fault of the Airbnb hosts but we were disrupted a few times in the night. Thank you very much for our stay and hopefully we’ll be back ☺️
