Stayed here for a uni reunion, was an easy to walk to place and big enough to host our group. Had enough rooms and character for the small amount of time we spent there, the communal area was nice and the kitchen had good utilities. Three showers is a great plus for a large group. (Shower head on the ground floor bathroom needs replacing though) There were set backs to the booking though: - damage waiver of £25 AFTER the booking, shady (surely exists in T&Cs, just annoying to pay an extra cost to an unknown third party). - damp smell on the entire lower floor, which has been in reviews going back years, so I refuse to listen to false promises of fixing it. - puddle in the lower bathroom, clearly a slow leak that, again, I don’t expect to be fixed.

Lovely little apartment, tea and coffee provided, clean, comfy beds, no noisy neighbours, nice area. Host was really helpful before, during and after the stay. We had a great weekend :)

The photographer is an excellent professional, I though that apartment is bigger than it really is. The location is great, close to pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and tourist attractions. I can't praise the cleaning team, terrible job, after check in we spent a time of our holiday cleaning this apartment, I’d say deep cleaning, the oven was horrible, the living room rug deserved a rubbish bin and a lot of dust all over the sides. The sofa asking for retirement every moment we sat on it. I understand that properties with basements don't have good ventilation and maybe some humidity, but the bedroom smelling like the last century is not acceptable. I also suggest getting some room diffusers with special fragrances for home, I believe it is not that expensive. I'm not that demanding, but my family and myself didn't feel the host took care to welcome us. I've been to properties around the UK and the world, however this is the first time I've felt like a gatecrasher.

The place was generally unclean with damp in the downstairs bedrooms the beds were damp and the smell was awful. The upstairs living area was dirty with stained rug, marked walls and dirty sticky kitchen surfaces. There was no hot water until late Saturday morning. We had to call maintenance, the repair man was excellent friendly helpful and fixed the problem. The worst thing was bed bugs I was bitten all over on my right side which I sleep on and my back. I have had to see my GP for steroid cream and stronger antihistamines than I could buy over the counter. The host and air BnB are asking for photos of the bed which we didn’t take as we didn’t want to touch it. I feel the treatment we have received from AirBnB has been appalling and is still not resolved satisfactorily

Great location in a quiet area and an easy walk into the city centre. Kitchen was well equipped and rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Anyone with mobility issues should be aware that bedrooms are split across the ground floor and basement floors.

We had 8 guests stay for a Hen Weekend in Liverpool, the apartment was grand for our needs, close to all nightlife, comfortable beds and plenty of space for us. It is not luxurious, but it had everything we needed and fit the bill! The team were helpful and always responded, would recommend for other hen parties as the location is hard to beat for a decent enough price!

Great place with plenty of room. Rooms downstairs are large enough to spread out and relax. Bathrooms on each floor are nice. The location, is perfect. We came for the Open 2023. Plenty of dining choices within blocks, walking distance. There is just about every dining option you can possibly think of. Shopping choices as well for those who like to shop, lol. The Waterfront is walking distance as well, tours and such down there. All and all, very nice place in a nice city with all things you’d need around you. Highly recommend / Amato’s from NC ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the worst stays. The apartment is in a basement that should be capitalized so everybody’s aware there are no windows outside. It was a dark dingy place. The lower room had wet carpet and there was some drainage happening underneath the carpet, keeping a damp throughout our stay. The lower rooms have stairs which are unsafe to carry a lot of baggage. The bathroom is not a full bathroom but just a shower. The upper bedroom is so tiny. barely 2 people can fit into that bedroom. A total waste of money. I have doubts about Airbnb after staying in their pathetic terrible apartment and I don’t think I will ever be doing Airbnb after this pathetic experience for which we paid a lot of money.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Liverpool, walking distance from Bold St which had a variety of restaurants and bars. Apartment had 3 spacious bedrooms, very comfortable beds. Apartment very clean and modern. Had everything you needed. Price for rental amazing, will definitely use again in the future. Hosts readily available via telephone or message, always answered.

The place was lovely, had plenty of space for 9 of us and the beds were comfy. It was a great location - walking distance to the centre, really close to Bold street where there’s lots of restaurants and bars. The instructions and guides were really helpful and informative. Check in and check out was so easy. Thanks for a great stay😊

A refurbished apartment that is cozy and comfortable. Nevertheless, a couple of incidents made the stay uncomfortable. First is loud noise from the outside area. There must be a pub nearby and it got crazy one night to the extent of someone knocking the door repeatedly at 4 am. Second was a water leak from the upper floor. And Last a small rat spotted in the apartment. Also there was a support number given to call for any request, with no luck to get an answer sometimes.

We had a good weekend in Liverpool. The apartment is in a great location and has plenty of room in the main living area and kitchen. The bedrooms are large, with plenty of beds and room for a travel cot and 2 double sofa beds in the living room. I don't think it would be too much of a squeeze for 10+ people but for us 8 it was plenty big enough. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well-stocked. As you'd probably expect from a city centre location, there was a bit of noise on the weekend nights and 2 of the rooms face the street.

Great place to stay! The location is great as we were staying there for our daughter's graduation from LIPA. Great Pubs and restaurants in the area and a short walk to the Anglican Cathedral!

A great stay. Location is really good, walking distance to most attractions. The cleanliness was 5 star and loved the layout of the apartment. Easy to check-in. I would definitely book again on myreturn to Liverpool.
