Spread across two floors, Concert Square Apartment is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Liverpool.
On the lower floor, guests have access to the bathroom, a double bedroom, and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a private balcony.
The bathroom is sparking clean with white interiors accentuated by touches of wood and black. It features a bath with an overhead shower, a WC, a washbasin and a large mirror.
Adjacent to the bathroom, the first bedroom is beautifully designed with a white interior and a splash of colour from the yellow cushion, bed throw, and art decor. Featuring huge windows with views of the balcony and the city, it's fitted with a double bed, a desk and a stool for vanity or work purposes The bedside tables and lamps contribute to its sophisticated look.
Create unforgettable memories in the spacious living room, furnished with a large sofa and TV for entertainment. Accessible from here, the balcony spans the width of the apartment, offering breathtaking views of the city.
The dining area accommodates six guests comfortably, with a dining table and chairs for dining in. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, a toaster and more. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is also provided.
Climbing up two flights of stairs to the upper floor, guests will find the large bedroom fitted with two double beds. Bright and airy, it features two skylights and white interiors complemented by wood vinyl laminate flooring. Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property is securely stored via a Keynest shop and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
We welcome two well-behaved dogs in the property.
Free parking for one vehicle is available.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building which is accessible by either stairs or lift.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
The property is perfect for guests looking to enjoy the vibrant part of the city, however, it isn't ideal for children due to it's lively location.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.Show more
