Great basement flat I was staying on my own so it suited my requirements short distance to lanes regular buses to get around Brighton if needed bathroom on the small side but overall very nice stay

Great place to stay if you want to be right by the beach. The apartment was great but we like to cook a lot and we found it would be helpful if there were more utensils. The bedroom is very small and we were there for a very warm few days. The bedroom has a great fan however it’s quite loud. Overall a great stay.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The bed is smaller than normal but quite comfortable. Kitchen supplies are good and clean enough for all the needs. The living room is very pleasant, you can open the doors of the terrace and allow the fresh air to enter. The bathroom is big enough and nicely furnished. The shower drain was clogged when we first entered, we asked for help, but there was no response from the owner to our help. Also, the iron is broken, it doesn't heat up, but sometimes it works, we asked for help, but again, we didn't get a response from the owner. Transportation is quite easy to get to the city and the beach, and it is also a pleasant way to walk, so we had no problems. I could have broken points so the host wouldn't help but the spirit of the city felt so good to me I don't care.

Nice location , bit of a soulless interior. Bed had winter duvet in summer and the bedroom was very stuffy with no airflow. This place a Ok but not special.

We had a lovely getaway in Brighton. 5min walk to pier and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Additionally, Host is responsive to all requests/questions we had. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Great location, nice clean flat. Bit smaller than expected and a double bed so a bit cosy but great for a few nights. Host was in contact often which was helpful and check in and check out was simple. Biggest selling point - So close to the seafront and town. Downside - parking (but easy to sort if you do your research)

Had a great stay Jessica always communicated quickly and was friendly. The place is right in the seafront roughly a 5 min walk to the pier and the property is located within. Two minute walking distance to local shops and restaurants and pubs would definitely stay here again

Super place to stay! High quality fixtures and fittings, lovely kitchen and nice decorations. Light and spacious open plan living and dinning area. Amazing TV and great shower. A couple of small maintenance issues that were taken care of by the host with professional and friendly communication. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Excellent apartment, great location, well kitted out. Best two night sleeps we have had in ages, the fan in the room was an absolute god send and the bed was soooo comfy. Great communication from the host, really friendly and we arrived earlier than expected and I messaged the host to see if we could check in early and they accommodated. Could not fault. Would highly recommend and we would love to return!! Would recommended Al Duomo for a lovely meal out, 10 minute walk from the restaurant, doggie friendly and a beautiful meal. Second night we had pizza from the Italian around the corner, absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a lovely experience.

This stay has been a bit of rollercoaster. We were very happy on arrival however the first night it was hard to sleep as the blinds let in a lot of light - curtains are really needed. On the first morning we had a bigger problem as there was no hairdryer or ironing board - I was visiting for a conference and really needed these items. The first day was not great - wet hair, creased shirt not a good look! We made the host aware of the issues asap and they quickly responded bringing a brand new hair dryer and ironing board (and some wine and chocolates) the same morning. They put a sheet in the window to try and minimise the light - it was a bit better. Note to self to check amenities on arrival. In positives, the location of this place is incredible! Literally on the beach with so many great bars / restaurants close by and all of Brighton is in walking distance. It is also quiet in the night due to being under street level, which was good and the bed was very comfy.

A great host, very easy to communicate with and quick responses. Accommodation was lovely layout however some refreshes are needed. The back door lock was faulty and did not work in its entirety. There were no radiators either which I was not aware of pre-booking and this made the apartment extremely cold. The tap in bathroom was also broken which meant water leaked in the bottom drawer. The lock box was also slightly more difficult than normal boxes. Lounge and kitchen was lovely and modern. Location is great and private terrace is also a nice feature.

The flat was very conveniently located with easy access to all shops, restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues during our stay however and had to cut our stay short at this place. I believe that if the host resolves the issues, this will be a great place to stay.

the main issue is the homeless people sleeping on the doorstep.. which is apparently a daily thing as the neighbours said. 2 out of 3 nights someone was sleeping on the doorstep of the flat, which was very concerning. on one occasions they wouldn't wake up so I had to call the police to move them. the flat wasn't too bad, some of the furniture was in bad shape like the ripped arm char which was covered by a blanket 😅 don't open some of the cabinets in the kitchen as they will break in your hands. bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. the host is not accommodating at all, not flexible with check in times. The flat is difficult to find as maps arent accurate when we ordered food they also struggled to find it.. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The place was easy to find and was in a good location. The lockbox was very hard to open, but got it open eventually. The flat was clean and tidy. The shower was great and the bed snug and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities. The only negative was that II couldn't find the hairdryer. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Great location, dog friendly and responsive host. We just lacked a hair dryer and shower mat in our stay. The place didn’t have an iron but the host sorted one quickly for us. We would definitely stay here again.
