The house is very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The company that manages the house was very responsive and helpful. The host provided parking permits, on request, which are very important in this area and would make life difficult (and expensive) if they were unavailable. A few minor caveats. We weren't aware that you had to descend a flight of steps to get into the house and there is only one bathroom/toilet, which for six people required co-ordination! It was a little bit out of the city centre close to Preston Park. There are pubs and supermarkets within about 10-15 minutes walk and a fish 'n' chip shop in 5 minutes. Apart from these minor concerns we really enjoyed our stay in the house.

Visited this beautiful house for a long weekend in Brighton with family and our dog. Great location about 2 min from train and nice pub and cafe round corner. Communication with owner was excellent and would highly recommend staying here, am sure we’ll book again!

After a negative experience with another booking, we were able to make a last minute reservation here. Walking into Marion's happy home was like getting a warm hug. There are many personal touches that show she cares about her guests. We had a great time here, great location, our kids loved the outdoor space and dartboard!

Location is good if looking for peace and quiet and proximity to train station but not an awful lot more going on around which was fine for us anyway. Pictures give a slightly better impression than what the house is in reality since the spec is basic and very rental minded. Things like the sofa and bathroom could do with some modernising in my view. Brighton is pricy nevertheless so I suppose that's what you get. Host replied quickly, beds are confy, sufficient storage space and garden is good for kids. We've enjoyed our stay overall. Thanks

Please take your shoes off when inside the property to avoid damage. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. No extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late checkout will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. Thank you for your consideration.
