Beautiful house and well equipped. The 4th twin bedroom is in a different part of the house (like an extension off the kitchen) and was a bit colder in there and is almost isolated from the rest of the house. Just something to bear in mind if you need to use this extra room. The house is really lovely and has been tastefully decorated throughout. It’s well located on the outskirts of the city centre but very easy to walk into the centre (about 20 minutes walk). Check in and out was very straightforward. Good communication from the property manager and she talked us through everything when we arrived. Welcome pack was a nice addition- would benefit from fresh milk but had everything else. Really lovely stay and highly recommended.

We also reserve the right to refuse entry to parties who do not match the information provided. There is a strict no smoking policy. It can sleep 6 adults and 2 children. Check-ins are arranged directly with the owner’s property manager. Standard check-in is between 3:30pm and 7pm. Check-in outside this time frame are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge. After booking we will require; - Proof of ID and Address for the lead guest - Reason for your stay with us - Review and Agree to our terms and conditions (See T&C's at the bottom of the Guest Area) - Party Details (names & ages of all guests) - Turn things off
