Amazing property and location. Walked in and immediately felt right at home. House was well appointed and there wasn't anything missing. Lots of great amenities nearby. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Charming and centrally located. You’re perfectly nestled between a local high street with all the small shops, cafes, and restaurants you could need, and the main sites around the Royal Mile. The AirBnB feels like home - sophisticated but relaxing with everything you need to live your best life on holiday or for work. Side note: they have a separate washer and dryer. Win!

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice flat in a quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms are up stairs. Nice sitting area and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosss were very responsive! I would stay there again.

This is a very beautiful house in a very desirable part of Edinburgh. It’s stylish, comfortable and has all the amenities you will need. Wonderful dining kitchen - great for socialising as a family or group, lovely little garden and a very relaxing lounge. The three upstairs bedrooms are a delight, especially the incredible master bedroom; the fourth bedroom (up off the kitchen) is more suitable for young ones. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Wonderful home and host! Thank you Anna and Karen for a dreamy stay :) we chilled in the cozy yet spacious lounge, drank tea in the secluded yet sunny garden and cooked in the incredibly well equipped kitchen. Super stylish, bright and welcoming home in a peaceful street and 10 mins walk to trendy restaurants and coffee shops. Waters of Leith walk also close by. While this listing is on the pricier side, it is definitely worth the stay. Considering it’s already pricey to stay in this city, the house was an absolute gem. Space was great for big groups like ours and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

The best house we stayed in while we were in UK. Ivan and Karen were so nice. We got a lot of complimentaries because of only a minor problem which did not affect our stay. Beautiful house! We all loved it!

Beautiful house and well equipped. The 4th twin bedroom is in a different part of the house (like an extension off the kitchen) and was a bit colder in there and is almost isolated from the rest of the house. Just something to bear in mind if you need to use this extra room. The house is really lovely and has been tastefully decorated throughout. It’s well located on the outskirts of the city centre but very easy to walk into the centre (about 20 minutes walk). Check in and out was very straightforward. Good communication from the property manager and she talked us through everything when we arrived. Welcome pack was a nice addition- would benefit from fresh milk but had everything else. Really lovely stay and highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable house, very good central heating, hot water was great. House nicely furnished, kitchen is well equipped. The garage is a little on the small side, but the did fit, barely!

Is a home well worth coming back to, especially for those who love to cook, and the kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel good.The garden is also a place for people to release and to eat there when the weather is nice, very perfect

Super stay. Met on arrival and any questions answered. Accommodation good in good spot in town, but also access to the vibe in Stockbridge. Highly recommend. Back garden a good place to wind down after the day.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet area. Very nicely furnished. Spacious lounge and kitchen for a group. Welcome hamper did not feature, the photos of it should be removed from the listing. Instructed not to use the bins outside the property, had to go searching for bins on the street. Issues with lights in kitchen and master bedroom.

A stunningly beautiful house with all the luxuries as if staying at home. The beds were so comfy! Three bedrooms are off the hallway stairs and the twin room was upstairs from the kitchen. It is a lovely quiet residential area with about 25-30 minute walk into the centre. The rubbish bin is in the pantry off the kitchen - you need to take your rubbish to the industrial waste bins up the street (only a couple of minutes walk) rather than in the wheely bins on the property. The parking space is a garage around the corner. It’s medium size so your car may not fit it. We have a Land Rover Discovery Sport and just managed to fit it but it was tight - the garage door rolls part of the way down so I would advise someone helps you park. On street parking is only a minute up the road and is payable on the RingGo app with the code 12344. You can park for four hours at a time. No charges between 6:00pm and 8:30am I think - best to check when you get there. A hailed black cab was a lot less than an Uber into the town centre. Edinburgh was amazing. Favourite place was The Dome ❤️

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in such a stunning house, everything was perfect, so much attention to detail, it’s hard to know where to start but the Christmas tree was a very lovely touch, I would throughly recommend staying here if you get the chance, it was a luxurious experience and we really didn’t want to leave, especially want to thank Karen who was extremely helpful and accommodating.

This is an incredible house, great location, lovely decorations and a great space in general. We had a great weekend here and had our lockdown wedding in the garden. Host great and helpful, would highly recommend

I cannot explain in words how beautiful this property is. The finish, the small touches, the simple check in was incredible. The attention to detail in the interior design actually left me feeling a little sad about having to leave this morning. It really is a home at a stunning level that you feel instantly comfortable in. The rooms were huge and the kitchen area was perfect for chatting with the girls over a glass of wine and enjoying time without the children. The location was great, an Uber was less that £5 to get into town and we walked it within 20-25 mins on most occasions. Should I find myself back in Edinburgh I will be staying here again!

Siobhan's house is very nice and in a great location. We were very warmly welcomed. The cleanliness is impeccable and so is the equipment. We spent pleasant days visiting the city and as many pleasant evenings in the Siobhan living room. We fell in love with Edinburgh

This is a fabulous house, in a perfect location for Stockbridge with its independent shops and restaurants. The house is very elegantly furnished, beautifully proportioned rooms with high ceilings, warm and comfortable, with an amazing kitchen which is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and more. Three of the bedrooms are huge with gorgeously comfy beds, and there is a smaller twin bedroom ( with equally comfy beds). Siobhan is an outstanding host - a welcoming whisky, books and games are provided, and the house was decorated for Christmas. There is a secure walled garden at the back with facilities for eating al fresco when the Edinburgh weather permits! Can't recommend this property highly enough.
