The space

The Townhouse can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children.

-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This property is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties, young single sex groups or parties.

Step into this magnificent Edinburgh townhouse, where historic architecture meets modern luxury. The property features four beautifully designed bedrooms, including one with two small single beds perfect for children. While the home comfortably accommodates up to six adults and two children, it is perfectly suited for special occasions, corporate stays, or family gatherings.

The twin bedroom is the old maid's room, and is accessed via steps up from the kitchen. This bedroom is only suitable for children as the beds are small singles.

The other three bedrooms are on the first floor.

While this listing is on the pricier side, it is definitely worth the stay. Considering it’s already pricey to stay in this city, the house was an absolute gem. Space was great for big groups like ours and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

A lovely spot. Walkable to plenty of nice spots and small stores. Also close enough for a walk to the city center for a really complete experience of Edinburgh.
