A fabulous location for a business or holiday stay. Apartment is in great condition and feels like home without being cluttered. All the buses you need and tram at your doorstep with a supermarket next door and great coffee at Black Sheep down the road. Contact was very responsive, helpful and had a quintessential bubbly Scottish personality Hope I get to stay again next year!

The location was great, walking distance to pretty much everything. Communication with the host was amazing. She got back to us within minutes or seconds. Our only complaint would be it was a bit warm for us. We are warm sleepers and couldn't leave the window open due to having our baby with us. Other than that I would highly recommend this place. Lots of restaurants nearby and if you are coming to or from the airport, the pickup is right on it front.

A really great place to stay.The location is particularly good.The house is very large.The setup is basically new as well.But the bathroom needs to be optimized.The bathroom is large but the water pool is too small and there is no table for toiletries.Seemed a bit sketchy

Wife and I had a great time. We have been traveling a lot and this place was just the perfect place to snuggle up on the couch in during the rain.

Great stay. Perfect location just off Princes St. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Siobhan and Karen were extremely helpful. Will recommend the apartment to friends looking for a place in Edinburgh

HUGE apartment by European standards in an incredible location just off the West End of Princes Street. Has an ENORMOUS bathroom with separate shower and tub. We were here in November, so the discounted rate was very good value. Although the apartment is located right on the tram line and numerous bus routes, the double-glazed windows kept the whole unit (including the bedroom) quiet. I'm not sure how noisy it would be if you had to open the windows during the Summer, though. Fully equipped kitchen. Adjustable heaters warmed the whole place up quickly. Only drawback is that you are only one floor up from the very busy street, so you're looking at the pedestrians and they're looking at you! Because the apartments across the street look into this apartment, we kept the blinds one third to halfway down the floor-to-ceiling windows when we were in during the day. However, if you are out sightseeing every day, this wouldn't be an issue.

Great, VERY central location with bus and tram stops right outside. In case you are worried about noise, secondary glazing to windows meant any street noise was massively muffled and we barely noticed it until the windows were opened. Huge open plan living area with sofa bed meant that we could comfortably sleep 3 people in the property without feeling on top of each other. The property manager, Karen, was extremely helpful and accommodating and any questions or problems we had were rectified quickly and easily. Would definitely stay again 😁

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a weekend stay! We traveled for the Christmas markets and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Communication was fantastic between property manager Karen who was a dream to deal with. Apartment was so clean and cosy , perfect for our girls trip! Will definitely recommend and also use again when we return.

Very cozy, modern apartment. Large comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower cabin. A good kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Friendly staff, always ready to help.
