One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £17.5 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £5 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

We came back from our weekend in Scotland absolutely delighted. The flat was absolutely fantastic!!! Nothing to complain about... Our hosts were incredibly responsive, and the location is fantastic – very well connected and with plenty of options for eating or having a drink nearby. What’s more, we were blessed with beautiful sunshine for the entire 3 days. Thank you again for everything, and I hope to see you soon… J-Luc

Really good for a group of four, I can highly recommend it. When booking, we had to prove that we were not a bachelor party, and otherwise the communication was a bit too much for my taste, but on the other hand, the host's communication activity was a good thing.
