Really good for a group of four, I can highly recommend it. When booking, we had to prove that we were not a bachelor party, and otherwise the communication was a bit too much for my taste, but on the other hand, the host's communication activity was a good thing.

This was a very cozy place to stay, only a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride to the Royal Mile. Bus stop was very convenient to go to other parts of the city such as Dean's Village or Royal Britannia. The flat was very quiet and there were some great little places to eat within a 5 minute walk (Italian, Indian, Asian, Pubs). the host was extremely responsive. highly recommend.

Alison our host was a great communicator, left easy instructions to get in to the flat. Location was great, a short walk to Arthur’s seat. The flat was really clean & tidy and had good living room space to relax in. Overall a lovely stay!

Excellent location that offered easy access to restaurants, pubs and transport yet was peaceful and relaxing. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Ideal location with easy walking into the centre. We could not have asked for more and would highly recommend. Anna could not have been more helpful and we would definitely rebook on future visits to Edinburgh.

We had a brilliant stay in Edinburgh, the location was a 15 min walk to the centre. The apartment its self was fantastic, huge space for us (bigger than the pictures make it look) very clean and comfortable beds. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is ideal. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Easy to walk to the Royal Mile and Arthur's Seat. Pretty much everything is walkable or easily accessible via the bus routes. The sofa bed was super comfortable and came well equipped. The place was super clean, matched the description and photos exactly, and the hosts were friendly and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we would return without hesitation.

We really had a perfect stay at Anna’s place, the house is big, warm and lovely, ideal for either a family or friends visiting Edinburgh. It is close to city center, easily reachable on foot, as well as to supermarkets open till late. There is also very good cafeteria in front of the house, for breakfast or brunch. The house is super clean and tidy. I think it is one of the most clean Airbnb I have ever been. I strongly recommend this place, hope to be back again soon!

This property is run by a management company and the team were very responsive throughout. It was a great place to stay and walkable to the city centre. The house was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great place within walking distance of the city centre. Parking is a hassle - go for a 24h garage (what we ended up doing). Clean & tidy and surely a good option when visiting Edinburgh :-)

The flat is on a quiet street with some nice shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. It is spacious, sparkling clean and has everything we need for family trip. We like the layout a lot and feel like staying in our home.

We had a lovely time in Edinburgh. It was great to have an apartment to ourselves; we could cook or order takeout, make our own breakfast, plus the kids hade good space to chill after a day of walking and seeing the sights. The apartment is close to busstops, grocerystores and several restaurants and cafés. Our host was very friendly and quick to reply to our questions via E-mail. We got good advice as to get to the apartment from the airport, and how to get around once we got there. We highly recommend this place to other families who are planning a trip to Edinburgh!

The flat is in a wonderfully convenient location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city center that you can enjoy some quiet, but close enough that you have easy access to all the amazing things Edinburgh has to offer. You are an easy walk to the Royal Mile, The Meadows, Holyrood Park, and other great spots. You can easily catch a bus nearby, and get farther afield if that is your desire. There are a number of great restaurants and cafes nearby as well. The flat is clean and comfortable, the two most important things in my opinion when traveling. The communication from the hosts was excellent as well. It was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect. Nearby are Tesco and Sainsbury, a pizza shop and many other restaurants. The facilities in the apt can meet all your requirements. I highly recommend this house to those who travel with many friends or family.

Great apartment, sleeps 5 comfortably and in lovely location close to a park and just 15 minutes walk to City center. Very clean apartment and comes fully stocked with everything you need! The beds were super comfy, we had such a lovely sleep!

Really lovely, comfortable apartment. Alison was really friendly and welcoming and made sure we knew where everything in the apartment was. It was about a mile to walk into town which was comfortable for us but there are also plenty of buses and there were lots of bars and restaurants in the Newington area as well. Really enjoyed our stay although we didn't utilise the apartment to the fullest extent because we were out at the festival all the time!
