Our 'Classic Marchmont Charm' exudes all that is lovely about Marchmont. This property is only a short walk from The Meadows, a fantastic outdoor space for children to play, for reading a book or picnicking on a sunny day.
- Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
Our properties are protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £17.5 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £5 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

The property is spacious and light with a huge hallway. The Master bedroom has a double bed and gorgeous high ceilings, a splendid bay window and a fireplace centerpiece. There is a second bedroom with twin beds while a small box room adjoins the master bedroom.
The kitchen is small.
This property benefits an internet speed of 500 mbps and a Virgin TV package with kids channels, Sky Sport and Cinema Collection.

3. The use of candles and smoking in the apartment and the apartment building is strictly prohibited.
4. Please be considerate to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm to 8am.
5. Please take care of your keys and return all sets provided. If a set is lost or not returned, for security purposes we will need to replace all the locks. A charge of £150 might be charged to your damage deposit for any lost set of keys or unreturned key
6. Strictly no parties, or stag or hen dos.
7. No pets allowed.

We had a great stay, thank you! As a group of old friends, we found the flat was perfect for us. It was spacious, nicely decorated and in a great location which was easily walkable into the city. The only downside was that the house smelt musty and was freezing when we first arrived. To be fair, our flight had been delayed by 2 hours so we didn't arrive at the house until just after midnight on a very cold, windy November day, so the heating may have been on earlier in the day, but it certainly didn't feel like it by the time we arrived, and we had to use all the spare blankets to keep warm that night! However, the house did warm up the following day once we'd turned the heating up and we were cosy the rest of the time. We also had a very prompt and helpful reply when one of my friends accidentally left her keys in the house, so thank you for that too. Overall a great place, and we'd definitely stay again when we're next in Edinburgh.
