-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
The space
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.Our properties are protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

**Please note that we do not accept joint/extended party bookings with Edinburgh Castle Suite and Castle View Apartment and we reserve the right to cancel these with immediate effect. This is the case even if two separate bookings are placed with each apartment under the same or a different name**
The Kitchen is spacious with a good Dining Room table that sits 6. The Living Room displays big beautiful windows that capture every ounce of light shining on Edinburgh. The grand bedrooms, elegant design and spacious layout makes guests feel like divine royalty.

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, The Usher Hall, iconic concert hall and Fringe venue. The neighbourhood is one of the most sought after, being within minutes from The Royal Mile. With great eateries and local markets this area is bursting with great food and local shops.

This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to there being one flight of stairs up to the property.Other things to note
1. Fireplaces are decorative only2. The use of candles and smoking in the apartment and the apartment building is strictly prohibited.
3. Please be considerate to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm to 8am.
4. Please take care of your keys & return all sets provided. If a set is lost or not returned, for security purposes we will need to replace all the locks. A charge of £150 might be charged to your damage deposit for any lost set of keys or unreturned keys.
5. Strictly no parties, or stag or hen dos.
6. No pets allowed.

We absolutely loved staying at Castle Terrace apartment - the views were spectacular and every detail had been thought of. It was absolutely pristine and a perfect space for socialising. The team were really responsive and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend booking to stay at Castle Terrace apartments.

The place was well-appointed (especially the kitchen) and clean. The location was outstanding…everything in the city was a walkable distance. The only suggestion I have is to make sure customers understand the 3rd bathroom is accessible via a hallway vs. 3rd en-suite bathroom. The three bedrooms were very good, the living room was great, and kitchen was terrific. We had a wonderful stay and would reserve this property in the future.
