Beware of the hidden £300 cleaning service charge which, by the time we noticed it’s existence, we could do nothing about. I think this may be more to do with the managing company than the direct owner.

Lovely house, perfect for our group. Consists of 8 double en-suite bedrooms and a one bedroom downstairs 'apartment'. The apartment is double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large lounge, kitchen and dining area. If you rent the whole house then you get access to the full 9 en-suite bedrooms and lounge/kitchen from the apartment. The only bathrooms are in the bedrooms. Beds were comfy, also get tea/coffee making in each room, towels, toiletries and all rooms have a lock on the door. Location was perfect for us - less than 10 minute walk to the beach, town and metro 10 minutes opposite direction. Will definitely be staying again!

Our stay at this house in South Shields was an absolute delight. The location, proximity to the beach and shops, and stress-free parking made it a fantastic choice for our group. This is a very conveniently located air bnb by the beach. Everyone had their own bathroom with a shower. The lounge area was also spacious with several facilities. It is just a shame there was a terrible leak in the biggest bedroom meaning it could not be used.
