Marla’s place was just what we needed! It was a stone’s throw from the beach. Size was perfect for our family of 5. It was well equipped with beach chairs/umbrellas, kitchen had everything needed to cook our daily breakfast and everything was so very clean! The beds were super comfortable, a/c that could be set to different temperatures in each room was a treat! Marla was so responsive to anything we needed. I’ve never dealt with a better host. Thank you, Marla, for sharing your comfortable and very convenient spot!

The outstanding feature of Marla’s place is its location. It’s really just a short few steps to the beach across the road and everything you need is at the apartment so there’s no need to do tons of shopping for household items. . The place is well stocked and comfortable.

This unit has an unbeatable location for a stay in South Beach. It is quiet and peaceful, but you are steps away from the beach, restaurants, clubs, public transit, groceries, and more. Marla is a great host and very responsive. Be aware that the building and unit are old, so there are some quirks with the electricity and plumbing that you'll need to be OK with.

Marla was super responsive, flexible, and organized. Felt very secure in her hands. The Airbnb location was absolutely perfect for Art Basel within walking distance. Lots to do around the area, near the beach, lots of restaurants. Really great experience -- thank you so much! Would book again!

Location, location, location. 1 block from the beach, hard to beat. Owner is super responsive and always ready to help. Avoid bringing a car if you can as parking is tricky as mentioned in owner description.

Marla is a wonderful host and communication with her is excellent! My parents are old and stayed with her. They got a little confused and she guided them through everything as well as showed up to make sure everything was OK! The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The location is great but there is some construction in the area right now. Overall, great stay! My parents and I would definitely stay at Marla's again!

What a find! For Mid-Beach, the location simply can't be better. The value for what you're getting is perfect. Enough comfortable beds, bathrooms and fully-stocked kitchen for a solid visit. As others have mentioned, if you want the Four Seasons, by all means go there...this ain't it. However, if you want clean, safe, and in a great location, this is your place. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We walked to the beach. There is a trolly/bus out front to take you pretty much anywhere on A1A. Grocery stores nearby. Even quite at night. We'd stay here again.

Great value! Beach right across the street, free trolley out the front door, good coffee and dining within walking distance. Clean and well stocked. Small, but that's the value! Marla was very communicative and helped us with any questions/issues. We will return.

The apartment is a block away from the beach. It has beach chairs. The beds are comfortable. It has everything you need to be well. Marla was very helpful and kind.

Great location! This Airbnb was comfortable and had everything to offer for a weekend in Miami Beach. Loved that it was a two minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars were within a short walking distance. Marla was very responsive to any concerns and issues. Would recommend!

If we could give Marla 6 stars we would. Very nice space for an outstanding price. Marla is a gem who consistently went the extra mile for us to augment our trip. In summary this is phenomenal spot centrally located and a phenomenal spot.

Want a really convenient mid-Beach location, half-a-block from white sand? Near great restaurants, grocery, cafe, even a free shuttle stop? This is your place. Two en-suite bedrooms, and a spacious living area and modern kitchen. Each room with A/C. Mid-beach is much quieter than South Beach, but close to a lot of great things, including Wynwood Walls. Check out The Palms across the street for cabana/beach private use, or use the provided beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the oceanfront. The building is a little older, but who's staying inside this close to Miami Beach? Speedy wifi too.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The condition of the place was unfortunately under the standard. The communication with Marla was very good, and when we voiced our dissatisfaction after our stay, she refunded some of our money. Which I think was more than fair, since we didn't feel we got good value for our money. Marla has since visited the house and is upgrading the place. There is great potential in the place - if you are interested I'd contact Marla to see how the work is progressing.

Nice place. A little small for 6 people, but there is plenty of beds so sleeping arrangements wasn't an issue. The pull out couch really is comfortable! Marla is great - easy to get a hold of, and keeps good communication.

The location was great, very close to the beach. The apartment was passable, not as new and swanky as it looks on the pictures, even though I'm sure at one point in the past it did.

Marla was extremely helpful during the stay, often checking in on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. Very conveniently located apartment in Miami Beach. The host gave great advice on getting around and some good places to eat.

Had a great time at Marla's condo! Looked exactly like the pictures show. It is directly on Collins ave and about a 30 second walk to the beach. Marla was easily reached by phone and was very quick to respond to my emails. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts. The location is discreetly comfortable, convenient access to the beach in front. The beds are comfortable. The downsides, however, there are: the apartment is not cared for as it is in Italy or in general in Europe. The finishes make the difference negative in this regard, apparently it is furnished and finished badly. The most negative point in my opinion is the view: you can't even tell if it's sunny or not outside. One very nice bathroom, the other much less. Some problems with the internet resolved thanks to Marla. In conclusion, in my opinion, the apartment would be great if it were abundantly renovated and finished. As well as the entire condominium (the rusty central entrance gate is really bad). As for the cleanliness, I would say just enough.

Great apartment, especially if you want to have a car during your stay in Miami Beach. Great host, allowed us for early check in and late check out. Definitely would rent again.

We had a fabulous time in Marla's flat and especially loved the neighborhood tucked between rowdy South Beach and the rowdy Fountainebleau. We had the beach to ourselves! The apartment was immaculate and perfectly equipped although rather dark, but the colorful and whimsical decor made up for the lack of sunlight, which is right outside the front door in abundance. We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Two excellent restaurants: Indomania and Cantina 27 a few blocks south on Collins should not be missed! Thanks Marla!

We had a great time in Marla's art deco apartment! It was clean, very tastefully decorated, and all necessities were there. Location was perfect, beach across the street was gorgeous and not crowded. We liked that it was in a quieter area but not to far from South Beach. It was a very good value for the price and I would highly recommend it. My only advice is to skip the car if you're going to stay for a while, because everything is accessible on foot or by bus.

This place is AMAZING. Everything inside is carefully thought of and has it's special place.. even the lighting is great with a remote control in the bedroom. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are sexy, and of the location cannot be beat, right across from the beach and the Palms hotel. Marla was very accommodating, even at the last minute, and it was very easy to get into the place. When we arrived everything was spotless and there were towels at the ready. I'd love to use this for future South Beach trips. Highly recommended!
