The accommodation is good for a family. It has amenities to go to the beach comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped. The shower in one of the bathrooms doesn't work and the air conditioning in one room was a bit noisy.

Marla's place is very well appointed. It has everything you need to vacation in Miami Beach. There are beach towels, chairs, toys and the like. The bathrooms and kitchens were well stocked. Marla was also a good communicator. She got back to us promptly. One thing to note is that there is construction next to the building that starts around 8am and is loud. We did not experience it over the weekend but only on weekdays. In addition, the pictures are a bit brighter than the unit itself which was dark. Its an old building as many are in that area. Overall a nice stay!

The interior was beautiful and exactly what we needed for 6 people. It was right across the street from the beach, and she provided chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Marla was responsive and made any repairs that I found the BNB needed quickly. Only negative was I had a pair of Adidas sandals stolen in the common area, that I ordered from Amazon and shipped to the BNB.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. What really stood out was the host's responsiveness and helpfulness. From the moment I booked, communication was smooth and friendly. This was the most suspicious airbnb situation I’ve encountered. We booked this months ago for a friend’s wedding. We were told we could early check in which was great. We were asked how the place looked when we said we’d arrived, which seemed strange given there was supposedly a cleaning crew there that morning. Turns out, the ceiling had collapsed in one of the bedrooms. This was obviously shocking and completely unsafe. When we called the host, she had nothing to say. She sent a contractor who also had nothing to say. We had a wedding in a few hours. Marla did not apologize. She said we could still stay there which is dangerous. She did not offer to compensate us. I am appalled at this experience. While we did not end up staying here, the experience was super disappointing given the circumstances.

Marla’s Miami getaway is centrally located with a short uber ride to restaurants and shops. It was larger than we expected with plenty of room for the party of 8 staying with us. Marla made sure we had enough blankets, pillows, and towels for all of us. Marla’s kitchen came equipped with everything we could need. Upon arrival, Marla let us know that one of the bathrooms was not working properly. She promptly had her plumber come the next morning to repair it, but it was a bit frustrating to be down a bathroom the first day/night and to be disturbed by maintenance during our stay. Although the house was professionally cleaned prior to us coming, it didn’t feel freshly cleaned. The cleaners left some dust along the baseboards and there was hair found on the floor/counter. One of our guests found a cockroach in the bathroom also. The house could use a dehumidifier and it often felt damp.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is spacious and clean. It fit 6 of us comfortably. The location is also great 1 block from the beach, close to stores and restaurants and easy to uber anywhere else. Check in was easy and Marla was available and responded quickly to anything we needed. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay with 7 of my friends for my bachelorette party. Location was amazing - very close to the beach and great restaurants, bars, etc. Very walkable. Nice cozy spot for all of us girls to spend time together. The place had 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms, which made it really easy for us to cook/get ready on time. The art deco master bathroom was a bit small, and the lights were a bit wonky, but there were clear instructions about the showers in each bathroom. Marla was overall very responsive and helpful. She even had beach chairs/umbrellas for us to use as well as a wine opener, scissors, etc. Super convenient spot and great value for the money!

Great suite for our complex family in an excellent location. We appreciated having a fully functional kitchen (we made hand-pulled noodles!), the beds being set up for us already, and the beach equipment available. We were very happy overall, except for the check-in, where we did not receive the check-in info 1 day before as promised and had to contact Marla urgently as we drove into town (she did respond promptly). Would definitely recommend this spot to families for a fun Miami Beach vacation.

Marla's place was perfect for our group of six, three bathroom and three bedrooms were perfect, the location is excellent, the washer and dryer were so helpful, there were chairs and umbrella for the beach, she was able to offer us an early check in, and always answer our questions. Lots of construction going on around the unit. Location was great, literally walk across to the beach. Restaurants are in walking distance, but be mindful street construction makes it a bit difficult in some spots. Overall, the unit was good for our group and Marla was very kind and proactive. For us, I would probably have booked a hotel closer to our venue in hindsight. For beach goers, and vacationers, the unit is a great location.

We were a group of six girls who stayed here for a long weekend. The two adjoined condos were perfect for us. They were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is right across the street from the beach which was really nice. It is a bit of a walk to get down to south beach but we enjoyed the walks and Ubers were very fast and easy to get if needed.

Our stay was nearly perfect. The location was perfect for us because we were attending a wedding right across the street at the palms hotel. Before checkin we were notified of some water damage and affected the 1-A unit. When we walked into the condo there was a very strong mildew odor that affected both units. After we turned on all of the air purifiers the smell got easier to deal with but it was still present. We got use to the smell in but we did have another friend who stayed in a condo in the same building on the second floor and did not have any smell what so ever. The bedroom in the 1D unit and the front bedroom in the 1A unit were not as bad as the back bedroom in 1A. The couple who stayed in the back bedroom were forced to deal with a very potent smell for the duration of our stay, and one of them become sick because of how strong the smell was. There may be a mold problem due to the water damage in the back area that may need to be checked out in the back of the unit of 1A.

Convenient location in South Beach, only a block away from the beach, a block away from Triton Grocery, and a bunch of restaurants The two connecting apartments work great for us (a family of 4 with young children and grandparents). It’s not fancy, but is totally adequate with all the amenities we need (washer/dryer, coffee machine and sugar/sweetener etc).

Marla’s place was great! We were a group of 9 girls and we had lots of space still. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus and towels were laid out on each bed for each person so it made it easy to keep track and make sure everyone was taken care of. The location of this airbnb is excellent. One block walk to the beach, which we did every afternoon. It is walking distance to Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and South Point. Which were the locations we had dinner each night. Do not rent a car, you can walk to anywhere in south beach from airbnb.

Marla's 2-condo combined unit is centrally located with a lot of shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby. Enough space for our group of 6. She was responsive and accommodating and made herself available whenever we had issues with either the WiFi, # of towels, etc. Would highly recommend staying here.

Marla's place is super convenient to the beach and lots of dining options. Everything you need is included; I was even able to find a safety pin when I desperately needed it. We had plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. Three TVs so no fighting over what movie to watch. Instructions for everything was included, so it was easy to figure things out. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Marla was very responsive to everything. We loved it and would highly recommend. If you're looking for super fancy, upscale accommodations, this might not be your cup of tea. But if you're looking for a great home away from home, Marla's got it.

Amazing amazing amazing house in South Beach, Miami! We loved that it was in the middle of everything, And minutes away from the beach! Marla helped us with every question we had and even helped us secure parking for our car. AC to stay cool during the hot days and loved that to of the rooms have their own washroom. A unique spot in Miami Beach. I went down with my wife and four teenaged kids recently for some time in the sun away from the cold north. I chose this place due to its proximity to the beach and was pleasantly surprised. We had plenty of room to crash and spend some down time when we wanted to get out of the sun. The beds were wonderfully comfortable in particular. As advertised, the beach is right across the street. We rented a car and Marla was kind enough to get us a parking pass that allowed us to park on the street in the neighborhood. As of February 2022, there is some street construction going that makes driving and parking a bit tricky. There is a market right down the street that has everything and the Tropical Beach Cafe was a nice gem serving delicious no frills food. Marla was a wonderful host and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condo was great for my bachelorette weekend get away! The combined units sleep 9 very comfortably! The unit is on the ground floor so there are no views of the ocean but this was expected prior to booking. The location is awesome, it truly is 1 block from the beach and right across from the new Palms Hotel. It was perfect for our stay and I would definitely return again in the future. Thank you Marla!

This place was great! We rented both units because we had a party of 8. It was perfect for us. It came equipped with everything we need. It’s not in South Beach so be prepared to walk 10 blocks for everything you need unless you rented a car. Marla was very communicative and accessible before and during our stay, which was comforting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a large party.

Marla’s place is adorable. Beds are large and comfy. We each had our own bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. One block from beach was the best aspect of place. We walked there every day. The only thing we would have done differently on our end would be to research more places to eat nearby. Most restaurants were in hotels unless you went south to south beach Ceviche by divino nearby is a low key small super good food. It was our favorite Highlights Renting Citibikes at night and going to South beach Walking to beach Running on beach and boardwalk. Starbucks is a block away for coffee lovers Weather was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location a block from the beach and in the up-market Mid-beach section. Clean place and large enough to fit 8 comfortably. Marla was easy to work with and helpful. Several quality restaurants around. Our only negative was that some of the provided equipment was either broken or wobbly (specifically, two umbrellas and a chair).

This air bnb was perfect! It was clean, comfortable for a big group, and in the perfect location. It was well stocked with dry goods, and kitchen ware. I stayed here for 5 days with 9 people and let me just say we had the best time! We all had enough room was very comfortable for ALL 9 of US! Marla was an attentive and responsive host. We enjoyed being one block from a nice beach and within 10 minutes' walk to restaurants and venues, etc. The host's description is accurate -- it's an old building and the unit is on the ground floor and is not modernized, but it does have space for a group, including three full bathrooms with good-pressure showers. It is stocked with beach supplies, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer and all the kitchen appliances you'll need. This is a good spot to stay if you plan to be out and about taking advantage of all the attractions nearby.

Great location! Close to a bunch of great hotels, restaurants and bars. It's not as crowded as it is further south. We were a party of 5 but could have easily accommodated 2 more without using any pullouts. The beds were comfortable and the space was accommodating for our needs. Super close to the beach. We walked almost everywhere. Value for the money was great. Very happy with the time that we spent there. There is no view. All the windows (save 2) looked out to walls of other buildings. There is a cute little courtyard type area. This didn't bother us too much as we were only using the space late nights to hang out and to sleep. I like the fact that each bedroom had a full size bathroom. Made getting ready quick and easy. We didn't utilize one of the kitchens and one of living rooms. But bigger parties might enjoy the extra space. Overall, great space/location. I wouldn't at all mind staying here again!

Our group had a great stay at Marla’s place! The unit was stylish with lots of open space and had 3 bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise! Two kitchens and common areas between both units made the place seem roomy :) The location was perfect. She was reachable throughout our stay and allowed us to check out a little later than the initial time. The only slightly confusing part was parking however Marla returned my messages and assured we were in the right spot and we received no tickets. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect! The condo had any and everything that we needed! We had issues with the TV at first but we figure it out. Some of us were not tech savy so that was the issue lol. We had 7 guest and all were comfortable. Excellent communication with Marla! She answered all of our questions. Oh and the shower in the main bedroom...love, love, love!

It is really two Condominiums in one. There are two kitchens and three bedrooms with four beds. Could sleeps four comfortably. Right by the beach. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on South Beach.

This was a great space-very roomy. There were 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. The building and decor are a bit dated, but great mid-beach location. Not in the center of south beach, but close enough via walking, bike or free trolley. Marla’s recommendations for things to do were very helpful. This was a great place for my family trip to Miami Beach!

Quick drive to downtown. Marla was incredible to work with. She was very quick to respond and was very accommodating to our group. She also provided great insight. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect house for a large group of girls and it was so close to the beach!! Marla is wonderful to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough. Marla's condos were terrific, and I highly recommend a stay at this location. More than enough space for eight girls, great location, and VERY clean. Kitchen is stocked with anything that may be needed in case you choose to cook. Communication with Marla was terrific, and she even let us check in early as there were no guests the night prior. Marla’s place saved our vacation! After a last minute cancellation, our group of 8 ended up finding Marla’s place for our week long Miami vacation. She as a host was so kind to us and empathetic of the difficulties we’d had so far. She got the place turned around and sparkling clean for our group super quickly. The place itself was awesome for our group. The beds, including the sleeper sofa, were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed being a block away from a really nice, not crowded section of the beach. The house comes with really great beach chairs and umbrellas and a cooler which we loved having since you can’t travel with those things. If you have a car, the $15/day parking pass is great. It was easy for us to find parking consistently within a block of the place. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well equipped for it. Would highly recommend staying here with a group that wants to enjoy a week on the beach!

This is a perfect apartment for a large group of people! I had booked it for my family and they loved it. It is spacious, gives plenty of privacy with the fact that it is made of 2 units. And 3 bathrooms is really convenient too. It has everything one needs plus a fabulous spa-bathroom. Marla is a super host indeed, she made sure every step of the way that everythng went well. This place is a lot of fun for exploring Miami. The location is perfect, very easy to access the city and the beach. The area is very walkable, with lots of places to eat and drink within a 10 minute walk. The place itself is charmingly quirky. The interior appears of to have been renovated in a long while, but that’s to keep the Art Deco flourish. The details are really pleasant, contributing to the overall experience. The beds and bathrooms are comfortable, and having two communal spaces makes having a large group really easy. Marla is an excellent host. She is responsive and very thoughtful.

If you need to stay on South Beach Marla’s place is where it’s at! Spacious living in a clean contemporary space with tons of amenities and amazing Wi-Fi. They even have a parking pass available for parking around the area. The beach is a stone’s throw away and there are lots of great restaurants and activities in the area. We enjoyed ourselves and felt right at home. Marla was an amazing hostess answered all of our questions and was very accommodating to changes in our schedule. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Marla's place was great. It's a short walk to everything we needed. There were some nice restaurants, a great cafe, and the beach a block away. Inside, there's everything you need in the kitchen. The knives are sharp and there's even a blender. Wifi was pretty fast.

Marla’s place is top notch for a large group to stay in. There was ample space for 9 people. The beach is directly across the street and not as crowded as South Beach. There was a ton of beach chairs and umbrellas that we were able to use at the condo. Starbucks and other restaurants are within walking distance. Short drive to South Beach if you want to experience the busier side of the beach. We had a great time, would definitely recommend!

A great, affordable option in Miami Beach. The connected units are very comfortable and a good choice for small groups. Located a block off the beach, the place is a bit north of the main beach drag, but that's actually nice since you don't have to be in middle of the craziness but can easily get there. I should also add that Marla was incredibly responsive and very helpful with getting us checked in. Would stay there again.

Marla's place was amazing for our 10 guests. It has a ton of charm and the flow of the space is so nice. And with the beach across the street, an amazing nightclub at The Edition next door, as well as Starbucks, grocery store and liquor store all on the corner, it really was a prime location. Everything Marla describes in the posting is accurate and she was super helpful (and even helped organized returning a few of my guest's possessions which were accidentally left behind!). The condos were nice. We did have issues with the jets on the whirlpool not being used recently so there was mold in the pipes. Also, in one of the other bathrooms, we found a rather large bug, but it could have flown in when we had the door to the courtyard open and we didn’t notice. Marla's condo is such a gem! I was in a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette, and it was SO easy checking in and accessing the building/units. Everyone could easily come in and out without worrying about getting locked out. It was the perfect amount of space for us, not too far from nightlife, yet so quiet at night for sleeping. Marla also allowed us to do a late check out, so that we didn't have to rush out the door. Definitely check out Tropical Beach Cafe, one of the places she recommends. The juices and congri (black beans and rice) are PHENOMENAL!!

We enjoyed our week long stay at Marla’s place in mid beach. While not in the middle of everything, it was easy to get to South beach via the free trolley system that would come by every 10 minutes. Being away from South Beach, however, we slept well without any noise at night. The home is across the street from the beach, easy to access whenever we wanted. The home was well spaced and well appointed. Five of us stayed in Marla’s home and had plenty of room to move around, enjoy time in the home and rest well. Three bedrooms and three baths; all were very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen in the main unit is very well appointed with all that you need to cook anything (we didn’t even touch the second kitchen). Marla was always available for questions and issues (none came up) by text and through airbnb. Thanks Marla.

I'm a bit surprised this listing has such high reviews to be honest. Even though the location is great and Marla was very responsive, there were a host of issues with the listing. The wifi did not work most of the time we were there. This was clearly a common issue because Marla left instructions on how to troubleshoot the internet - which involved calling the internet provider! I find it ludicrous that the guest should be responsible for troubleshooting the internet on their vacation time. It should just work! Additionally, there was black mold growing in the shower stalls, the lighting in the rooms is quite poor, and check out time is 10am with no option to leave our luggage there a little longer. Would not book again

Marla sets the standard too high for other Airbnb locations. This place was just as it appeared in the pictures: clean, comfortable, spacious and close to EVERYTHING. The parking situation could have been a nightmare, but with Marla's guidance, it was a breeze. Marla is patient with questions, super attentive and immediately responsive. If you want to have a good time with friends/family, stay here!

The location of this apartment is excellent. Right across from The Palms and an easy trip to everywhere (public transport, including a number of free buses, are just two blocks away). The apartment itself is funky - in a fun, 80's Miami kind of way - but with nice showers and a nice kitchen with every appliance you could possibly want in the 1 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom unfortunately has the A/C intake so it can get a little loud but if you like to sleep with white noise (as we do) it's quite nice. Marla is fast in responding and provides excellent tips. The info package on what's around, etc is really useful as well. Access is easy with the smart lock Our one note for consideration would be that there is a smell in the unit, kind of musty or damp. This might be a factor due to being so close to the water or on the garden level of the apartment.

Marla's place was absolutely perfect for our group! Our group of 6 was more than comfortable during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location - the beach is right across the street and we were close to all of the major bars and restaurants. We rented both units for a girls trip and were very pleased with the space. There was room to spread out and several places to sleep. The units had all of the supplies we needed and was extremely close to the beach. There was a small water leak in the kitchen and a squeaky toilet, but this did not affect our stay. When I notified our host, she immediately offered to have someone fix the issues. There are places that you can walk to, but also Uber was readily available and cheap.

The place was perfect, my group rented both units and together, there is a lot of common space, so it was easy for all of us to hang out comfortably. Bedrooms/bathrooms are big, comfortable, and clean. Marla was very responsive before and during the trip, which made check-in and the trip overall seamless. We had an emergency when another reserved airbnb fell through an hour before check in after driving 25 hours from CT, and Marla saved the day. She quickly went out of her way to have the apartment cleaned for us so we weren't homeless for long. The quality of the units for the price was amazing, and the amount of amenities and supplies was a pleasant surprise. Marla also was quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

This condo was great! The location was perfect, if not in walking distance, everything was a $5-10 Uber away. We had 9 girls that fit comfortably and it was quite beneficial having 2 kitchens and living areas. We had an issue with the AC in one unit and struggled figuring out the parking, but Marla asked for our suggestions and I advised her, which she said she would take care of. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

The condo is in a fantastic location and has everything you could want for a group stay. I was there for several days with coworkers on a work trip and it was so much better than staying at a hotel. Nice spaces for hanging out together, but also comfortable areas to be alone. We had to go to different locations for meetings each day and it was easy to get to and to get around Miami from the location. If you will have a car, definitely rent the parking passes from Marla - this is one of the areas where all nearby parking is metered until 3am. Plenty of places to walk to in the neighborhood. The Palm Hotel across the street has a lovely bar area and there is easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. Marla was very helpful and checking in/out was a breeze.

Marla's place was PERFECTION! I spent a long weekend here with 8 girls for my bachelorette party and everything was wonderful. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, well-decorated, with great wifi, comfy beds, and cool decor. Location was also great- a 3 minute walk from the beach and just far enough from the heart of south beach that it didn't feel crazy but close enough that we could walk to lively nightlife. Marla made me feel very welcome.we stayed for a bachelorette weekend in Miami. It's a great place. It's very comfortable, so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. We had to force ourselves to go out. The furniture is nice. The TVs, kitchen, etc are nice. The bathrooms are great. Marla was helpful in her suggestions and laid everything out clearly. I would recommend people stay here when they visit Miami. It's in a great location! A 2 min walk to the beach! And the über rides to diff places weren't more than 15 min long. It's a great location to also pick up some things that are needed. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! It's sooooo comfortable. Can't say that enough and clean!

Marla was a great host and the condo is exactly as described - perfect! It was a great space for 7 ladies, we had enough bathrooms and the beds, including the pullout, were comfortable! Marla was also super responsive when we requested linens for the pullout, and immediately sent her cleaning crew to take care of our request. The condo is also conveniently located. It's a block away from the beach and a short ride ($5 uber) from the heart of South Beach. This is a great value and we would absolutely stay again!

Working with Marla was such a pleasure. She is professional and was there whenever we need her. Her instruction is clear and thoughtful. The apartment is located at a quiet and safe neighborhood near all actions are. We walk to the beach ( right across street ) and to the famous Ocean Drive and Lincoln Ave in less than 20 minutes. Bus and taxi are easy to reach if you don't like to walk :-). The apartment is spacious for five of us and fully equipped and stocked. You definetely feel like home away from home . The only thing I will mention is, the AC at 1D is very loud. We had a lovely time at Marla's place, and she will take good care of you without question.

Marla was incredibly accommodating and even went out of her way and shuffled schedules to allow my group to check in early AND check out late although the latter did not end up being necessary. She was always quick to respond, and perhaps most importantly, the condo was really nice! The beds were comfortable, and there was 1 for each of us 7 guys. Plenty of hangout space, a nice patio that only this 1st floor unit had, and literally 45 sec walk across the street to the beach. Either a nice walk or a short/inexpensive Uber ride to South Beach, or hang out nearby and enjoy Miami Beach! We'll be returning here!

This place was amazing and big enough for the 8 of us. The house was very clean and modern that we enjoyed! Location was perfect for us we had the beach across the street and we were not to far from south beach to take a $4 uber ride but far enough to be away from the craziness. The restaurants were good and the grocery store had everything we needed. Most of us took a bus there from the airport and it was very easy to find. When we left, the bus stop was across the street one hotel down to take to the airport very convienent. Marla was a great host and very accommodating and I really like that she responded to messages really fast. Overall our time there was great.

I rented this apt for my parents during my wedding weekend in Miami and the place worked out really well! Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. They liked the key pad to get into the apartment so you didn't need a key. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Marla was very responsive!

This is by far the best stocked airbnb I've stayed in. We absolutely wanted for nothing. Apartments as described, actually a little nicer in person than they appear on the website. Kitchens were great and well-stocked; we used them quite a bit. The 2-bedroom until does not have a bath, not a criticism, just something to be aware of if you have small children (the one bedroom has a great jetted tub). The beach is right across the street and is lovely. Marla was a great hostess and really went out of her way to keep us comfortable. Also very easy to communicate with and always prompt in her replies. Parking in the area is tough but not impossible, but cabs are easy to hail right outside. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again.
