Our one-bedroom Apartment directly across ColIns Avenue from the Beach and Boardwalk, has just been TOTALLY renovated! NEW kitchen with all brand new appliances, NEW bathroom with all new fixtures AND a beautiful top-of-the-line Koehler whirlpool Bathtub (with dual shower!)!!! The unit is sunny. You sit in the dining room looking at a small patio, which only this unit has access to. The patio is more for looking than for sitting, since Miami is pretty hot and if you want to be outside, you'll want to walk across the street to the beach.
This is ideal for a couple, and maybe with one small child. It connects with a hotel door that is locked when the unit is rented separately to our two bedroom two bath unit, allowing you to rent a three bedroom three bath unit for large groups.
Most important, the beach is across the street.
