Great Location if you're going to enjoy yourself. You're in the middle of everything you need for your stay down Miami Beach. Would definitely recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Marla’s condo, a little oasis of peacefullnes. The place is clean, smells good and you have everything you can imagine to cook. You have soap, toilet paper, clean towels, ice,pods for the dishwaher and washer. There is also a little space outside, enough for a hammock and two chairs, really peaceful spot and so quiet. Marla is very reactive and answers quickly to your questions. The trolley and buses are close by so no need to rent a car. The beach is 2 min of walk away. There’s a mini-market and liquor store 3 min of walk. You can be in the heart of the action South Beach taking the trolley for free within 15 min. We were there for 15 days and would go back in a heartbeat! We asked for a late check-out and Marla was really accomodating. All in all ,we highly recommend a stay at this wonderful place! Marla is extremely responsive and accommodating. I love that everything is keyless and the location across the beach is unbeatable. The patio is a great feature that I spent many evenings in.

Amazing! This truly is a unique find and a very joyful place to stay in South Beach! All new everything.. Bed very comfortable.. Can't say enough about this cute lil place.. Definitely will plan a return!

Marla is a great host. The communication was very fluid throughout the entire process. I can't say enough great things about the apartment. Location is perfection, close to cool hotels, the beach and public transportation. Street parking was super easy. The apartment itself has everything you need. Soap, cleaning supplies, all amenities, AC, iron, towels, EVERYTHING! Marla did not miss a thing. The building itself is very old. Very old school Miami, but the apartment is updated. There were some minor touch up issues that I informed Marla of and of course being the great host she is, she addressed them immediately. All in all a great spot.

Marla was a superb host. All details were accounted for and nothing was missed in furnishing her extremely clean and organized condo. My wife, who is a "neat freak" was completely impressed with the attention to detail from providing laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner to providing Nespresso coffee pods. The bathroom is beautiful! I would highly recommend Marla for your visit. Thanks Marla!

Marla's place was the perfect private, quiet, comfortable and peaceful place for me in Miami. The location is convenient. Close to SoHo House, The Edition and other hot spots. Beach is right across the street. I highly recommend it for your stay.

Marla was an amazing host, she always responded to any questions right away and was super helpful. The apt was amazing, more than comfortable and even better than pics. Everything was perfect, I would 100 percent recommend this place and I will be in touch when we go back to Miami Marina Garza

The apartment was clean and very well renovated and equipped. We loved to be able to drink European coffee with the Nespresso machine. Marla was very helpfull and attentive. Unfortunately, we had to leave the apartment after 4 days for personal reasons.
