I had a wonderful stay! The place was nice, tidy, and exactly as described. Belinda was incredibly helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered promptly. Communication was smooth throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the swimming pool – the kids absolutely loved it! A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Belinda is the ultimate host. Thoughtful, kind, helpful and responsive. The accomodation was exactly as advertised. The bed is VERY comfortable. This country location is easy to get to. It is also idilic, with gently sloping grassy meadows, shady groves of native gum trees and duck ponds with fish and yabbies. As it turned out, we only needed to stay a single night, but we extended to stay three nights.

What an amazing hideaway. Just off the Princes hwy, far enough where you can not hear any of the traffic. Belinda is an amazing host, provided me with a video on how to access the property and welcomed me at the door for a quick walk through. The pool was amazing, its such a beautiful place. The wallabies and grey kangaroos were great to see, a sign of a great healthy environment I can see myself staying again, hopefully longer.

Additional rules
The pool area is a shared area as hosts reside on the property in main house. Children are not to be left unattended in the pool area at any time. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No group bookings at all unless pre approved via message. If a group arrives to book in and it has not been pre approved the booking will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave and no refund given. Ages of all guests to be given at time of booking. No schoolies. No parties at all. My daughter and I live very quiet lives and I will not tolerate drunk parties. If you breach the rules it will be instant removal from property and no refund given. - Additional requests

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
