This luxurious lakefront cottage on the shores of Lake Huron is the ultimate place to celebrate the season in style. With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it comfortably hosts up to 16 guests — perfect for big family gatherings or festive weekends with friends.
Whether you’re cozying up by the fire, taking in the sparkling lake views, or sharing laughter over a holiday feast, this retreat has something for everyone.
Step into the open concept main floor, where contemporary elegance meets homey comfort. The kitchen is a chef's delight with modern appliances, featuring a beautiful large island. Gather around the large dining table that seats 10 (with seating for 4 more at the island) for memorable feasts and lively conversations.
After a day of lakeside adventures, sink into the vibrant blue couches in front of the wood fireplace and Smart TV. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll be immersed in the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounds this cottage. The main floor leads out to a versatile four seasons room with comfortable seating, allowing you to enjoy the serene views in any weather. This is my favorite spot to catchup and gossip LOL.

Downstairs you will find the Entertainment Hub. Prepare for endless fun in our Games Room, featuring ping pong, a dartboard, plus, a spacious table for epic board game battles. AND a sectional with a large-screen TV, and a fireplace—perfect for movie nights. There's even a kitchenette for crafting popcorn treats.
Billiards enthusiasts, rejoice! Our separate Pool Table Room houses a pool table, providing hours of competitive entertainment.

For water enthusiasts, kayaks are at your disposal, perfect for exploring the lake's beauty. If you're feeling adventurous, hop on the provided bikes for a scenic ride.
NOTE: Parking is limited to 6 vehicles
NOTE: There are approximately 200 stairs to the beach. Lake levels are lower again in 2023. The shoreline changes quite rapidly - it can be sandy or it can be gravelly and that could change in 1 day! There are no weeds and it's fun to find the ever changing sandbars.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 16 (12 Adults Max), violation will result in removal without refund. We spent a long weekend at this lovely Airbnb near Goderich, right on the shores of Lake Huron. The home is spacious and private, with five bedrooms and a sixth room with a pullout couch — perfect for our group of adults and kids. With 3.5 bathrooms and a beachfront location offering stunning sunsets, the setting was a highlight. However, we did encounter a few issues. The house wasn’t as clean as expected for the price. We had to rewash many dishes due to a poor dishwasher, and several light bulbs were burnt out — including at the front door and over the master bathroom sinks. We paid over $8,000 for the weekend and were charged extra for linens, so we expected more polish and attention to detail. That said, the host, Jennifer, was friendly and responsive. When we noticed there weren’t enough wine glasses, she had more delivered right away. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot with lots of potential.

Tranquil Oasis is an exceptionally beautiful, architecturally stunning cottage with private access to beach on Lake Huron. The house is beautiful, modern, and spacious with great amenities. The kids loved playing whiffle ball, frisbee golf etc. on the huge, grassy lot overlooking Lake Huron. The sunsets were spectacular as were the smores roasted over the outdoor fire pit. This is a gorgeous cottage for any large family gathering. We were 8 adults and 6 kids. Our host, Jennifer was the BEST in answering questions immediately and providing local tips. Thank you, Jennifer!
