The apartment is great; One Perfect Stay is a horrible management company. The apartment is very well furnished, very practical, and close to many amenities, as seen in the pictures. However, the apartment is not well maintained. There are signs of mould, the washing machine was full of hair, dust & the AC is not working. There was a layer of dust on surfaces & dead bugs when we arrived, & the host did not clean before we came & sent a cleaning team while we were leaving the house for an appointment without notice. We booked for two people, & the host said they would give us 2 access keys, which they later backtracked after we booked and moved in. We had to coordinate coming home, which made our trip difficult continuously. The security guard is not always there to let you in. One Perfect stay does not respond to messages or calls often, and when they do, they do not have answers or solutions. They dont care at all a
