Great cozy and relaxing New Year’s getaway with family! We enjoyed games by the fire, good meals and walks on the beach. Our Labrador also really loved playing outside and then sleeping by the fireplace. We would do this again!

Jennifer's home was a home away from home...but better!! Away from the bustling, busy city, Jennifer's home was a quiet amd peaceful sanctuary for my family during the Christmas holidays. The family and our dog all loved walking on the beach. Lake Huron is stunning at all times of the day. The indoor fireplace provided us with some cozy warmth throughout the day. The hot tub was an added bonus that we used day and night. Jennifer's home was clean, beautiful, cozy and well supplied with all the amenities you could want. We cooked a delicious Christmas dinner in the kitchen and she even supplied and sweet little tree with lights. The coach house provided a super fun space for some of the kids. It was warm and had it's own bathroom along with a TV! They all enjoyed watching movies in there at night and every morning told me how comfortable the beds were. Every one, from every age was pampered and well looked after by this home and it's surroundings! Thank you so much!!

The place was fabulous. It was cozy and warm with enough beds to sleep in of you are a big group. The coach was just so cute and nostalgic for kids to sleep together. The view was breathtaking.. you could see the beach and lake from the living room window.. only a few steps of you want to catch the sunset or sunrise. Hot Tub was our fav attraction.. Jennifer communicated well and proactively took care of all our needs and even offered late checkout for convenience. She is warm and empathetic. Would definitely love to return in summer time!

A wonderful gem tucked amongst the trees on a stunning stretch of the Lake Huron coast. Views of the water could easily be enjoyed from the full wall of windows, and the hot tub, fire pit and beach chairs all encouraged lounging and relaxing. Kincardine's bustling core of restaurants and shops is a short drive away. We loved our stay.

beautiful home and location. the beach was easily accessible. we enjoyed our stay! the beds, while listed as double and queen were shorter than expected so my 6ft husband found sleeping a bit difficult. I didnt find any issue and found the beds to be very comfortable! nothing beat the beach/fireplace! would highly recommend this listing.

Can't say enough about this beautiful property. Spacious, clean and a beach front property! This spot has every ammentity that you could possibly need. Jennifer was incredibly accommodating and made our journey to Ripley as smooth as possible. Thank you for letting our family make memories here.

We had a great 2-night stay! The location by the water was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the views and easy access to the lake. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The cottage was spacious and comfortably fit our group of 9 adults and 2 kids. Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating of our requests, which made the stay even smoother. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back if we're in the area again!

We had a great stay! The view was beautiful, and the hot tub was clean and ready to use. The kitchen and dining area were spacious enough to comfortably fit everyone in our group, which made mealtimes really enjoyable. The bathrooms were a good size and felt modern and well-maintained. We brought our own linen to avoid the extra fee, which was clearly communicated ahead of time. Overall, a relaxing and well-equipped place for a group getaway!

This place is stunning—inviting and cozy, with a fireplace and a hot tub (which we spent lots of time in). Clear instructions for setup or charging would have been helpful, but it didn’t take away from the fun we had. We were happy to have access to a bathroom in the coach house; however, you’ll have to make sure to bring a mirror, as there isn’t one over the sink—a very minor thing but worth mentioning. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The first night, however, was spent trying to fix the clogged dishwasher. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to fix it ourselves with no success. This led us to request Jennifer to have a professional to come and fix it, which was done on the same day. Overall, our stay was amazing, and we made so many wonderful memories. This is a place we’ll cherish forever. Thank you, Jennifer, for hosting such a fantastic space!

It was a very nice place! Great beach location, lots of room. Just thought from the pictures that all the bedrooms had doors for privacy. The one queen room had no door, the other queen room & bunked room had no door between them. The master room was lovely & private, also the coach house had lots of space.

Amazing location right on a beautiful sandy beach, great amenities and lots to do. The place is beautiful, very well kept and clean. One thing I would clarify is the at this property is listed as 5 bedrooms, however 4 of those “bedrooms” are shared, they have one entryway for 2 “rooms” with just a divider wall in between but no individual doors in the rooms for privacy. I would not call that an individual room. Also the room with bunk beds, the beds are not a standard adult size, they will fit children but not the length of a full size adult.
