Step inside to discover an open-concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning lake views. The living room invites cozy nights by the gas fireplace, while the dining area seats 8 for memorable meals together. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern amenities and everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
Upstairs, a second living room with a large Smart TV offers the ideal spot for movie nights or simply unwinding while overlooking the lake. With 4 bedrooms, this cottage comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

The fun continues with a huge front yard perfect for games like badminton and volleyball. Enjoy grilling up your favorite meals on the back deck with a propane BBQ, then gather around the campfire in the evening on the Adirondack chairs.
After a day of adventures or exploring nearby trails, there’s nothing better than slipping into the steaming hot tub and letting the warmth melt your cares away. Whether it’s a crisp morning soak with a coffee in hand or an evening under the stars, the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy the serene surroundings.
For water enthusiasts, the lake access right in the backyard provides endless opportunities for adventure. Hop on the single kayak or paddleboard to explore the waters, or let the kids play all day on the lake mat.
Note: Approx. 50 stairs down your private access to the Lake. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.
NOTE: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles

Linens are available for $20/person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund. This property may be equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections & may have camera's outside at the entrance)

I'm Jennifer, I started CottageStays to share my own home with like-minded travelers who appreciate escaping to life at a slower pace. I've never forgotten how lucky I am to call Lake Huron home. We keep our cleaning fees low by giving you the option to bring your own linens—or, for $20/person. you can rent ours! This includes sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, and more, all freshly laundered and ready for you. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels!)

Jennifer’s place was fantastic. The cottage was light and spacious with great kitchen, living and dining area plus a cozy upstairs living room with books, games and tv. The bedrooms were simple but with very comfy beds. Lots of space and privacy to relax. The large deck and garden leads to stairs down to a wonderful slice of lake set in amongst trees and greenery, and a great spot to swim and paddleboard.

Amazing cottage for the family (4kids 2adult). Cottage included lake mat, paddle bored, and kayak. Having a beach in the backyard is everything we wanted this summer. There are quite a few stairs to get down as well as a ladder on the final platform and yes those stairs are “stair-ing lol. Carrying the lake mat down and up was ..Interesting lol but 100% doable with a partner. Really homey, kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil needed. Fans in almost every room, big windows to let air in, tons and tons of pillows + extra blankets. Hot tub was great. We are always nervous to bring our kids somewhere in fear they may break or make some sort of permeant mess in the house lol. But it’s rustic and you can tell a lot of happy family’s have been in and out of there which made us relax. Lastly Jennifer was a fantastic host. Really communicative, if any problem arose she was 100% on it and eager to fix whatever problem we encountered. Very very accommodating.
