Honestly this is about as care-free of an airbnb as you can get. Everything about the place was stellar and I didn’t find myself stressing or worrying about anything during the stay. House had everything we could’ve possibly needed and it was all set up really well. Fantastic views, comfy beds, clean everything. Definitely coming back.

The Bedrock Beach House was a beautiful place to stay. I was anticipating a nice peaceful break from things and looking forward to the jacuzzi and being by the lake, but it was so much better than I anticipated. I could really tell that the people that put this beach house together had the idea of creating the perfect getaway that they could go to, and they have kindly let us share it. There are so many different little nooks inside and out that make for perfect opportunities to relax and enjoy your surroundings. There was so much to do that we didn't actually get to fully enjoy all the different things at the beach house. Just walking along the rocky beach shore could have taken up all our time. It was beautiful and there were so many interesting rocks, and quite a few fossils. In addition to all the neat things in and around the beach house, the nearby town is really nice, and there are some nice hiking trails around it. Also, there's two waterfalls about a 45 minute drive away.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s cottage! The private beach was great and our 9 year old black lab enjoyed running into Lake Huron off the beach! The big lake view was very relaxing to watch and needed break from the city

The location and view are top notch. Pros: Private access to the lake, view of the sunset, stargazing+minimal light pollution, lush greenery. The only drawback was the lack of linens, which, to be fair, is communicated well in advance, prior to confirmation of the booking.

Nice private cottage on the Huron shore. Very relaxing casual vibes, we’ll try and come back later in the year for another visit… our dog especially enjoyed the basket full of exciting new dog toys to play with! Thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful cottage, stunning views! Loved the access to the beach (wonderful for watching the sunset) and the darling little gazebo (perfect for napping while listening to the waves below). Hot tub was great. Lots of indoor/outdoor games, and plenty of kitchen gadgets. Charming nearby towns easy to drive to with shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The only downside is the linens not being included (unless we wanted to pay an extra $$, we had to bring our own sheets, towels etc…which was very inconvenient to pack and travel with). Besides that I recommend and come again!

Made some great memories staying at the lovely Bedrock Beach House! Have to say, there were plenty of thoughtful touches to the place (both inside & out) made our stay fun, warm and relaxing. An autumn stay was great, we will have to come back in the summer! Much gratitude to Jennifer & team!

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Right when you walk in you get the incredible view of the lake through the big windows. Great location right between Grand Bend and Bayfield, with wineries and breweries nearby. Kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to feel right at home. There’s also a bbq to use outside. The absolute best part of the property is the hot tub outside. It was awesome watching the incredible sunsets from the tub. There is also direct access to the beach. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
