Lovely and beautiful house! The kitchen was equipped with all the comforts. The arrival was pleasant. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the conservatory and the seating in the garden. I'm glad these could be closed with glass. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty and in the garden also overdue maintenance. You really need a car to get out and about. With the hosting company, there were several ambiguities and seems to be focusing on making you pay extra for everything. Paid for an early check in and one day before it turned out not possible. Also paid for the baby package. The baby chair was not ready and the bed was broken. Fortunately, this was resolved quickly. On Airbnb was advertised with a bbq, but it is not present and could not be arranged either. All in all, no nice start and communication.

The casa is very nice and as described, we had a nice stay. However, the rental agency was only useful to send us two messages: one to pick up the keys and another to drop them off. Other than that, we had no connection with them. We have made a request for a babysitting service that we are still waiting for a response. In addition, the agency accuses us of having damaged certain objects that were already in this state when we arrived. We have been doing Airbnb for a very long time and very often, as our reviews show, and we've never had any issues. We are respectful guests and always take care of the places where we stay. It's a shame, because such a nice house deserves better management with more empathy for guests rather than communicating via an automated message app.

the town house is beautiful perfect for peace and quiet. don't make the mistake we did and walk the hill, it is extremely steep. There is a free tram from Hotel Higeuron, I wish we had know about sooner. it will drop and pick up at the bottom of the hill, leaving on the hour and pick up quarter past the hour. uber and Bolt were expensive charging €50 one way for 5 people on Sundays. other days €20-€40 depending what time.

EXTRA Baby crib: € 39 per stay, on request. High chair: € 39 per stay, on request. Baby package: crib + high chair at € 39 per stay, on request. "In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice. "
