The place has a fantastic few, the room was clean. Lovely decorations. It was difficult to locate the keys to the apartment. Very disappointed first of all about the constructions work that was happening on the same floor. They start the work as early as 8am in the mornings drilling, breaking walls. We couldn't sleep at all in the mornings. We were always waking up early in the morning with loud noise from the neighbour construction work. This should have been communicated with us prior to us moving in. Not acceptable. There were few things in the apartment that wasn't working The TV was not working. You can turn it on but no channels. The tap in the kitchen sink was damage . The mop had no handle for you to hold and clean. We struggle to clean the house for yourselves inconsidering six people in the apartment. Same with the floor cleaner. We could not brush/sweep the floor . It was very frustrating .

The accommodation is in acceptable condition but the furniture is unfortunately outdated. Two single beds were broken. The faucet in the kitchen was almost loose and the living room couch very dirty but otherwise the rest was actually good. Price - performance ratio good

We had a wonderful holiday, the apartment itself is super with a fantastic terrace and views. It has all of the amenities that you need during your stay. The area is so safe and close to the beach, only a 7-10 minute walk. We could not fault anything about the apartment. The bus system is very convenient, we used it daily and there are plenty of supermarkets in the area. The only thing that would put us off staying again is the walk up to the apartment from the main street. It is at the top of a very steep hill so we had to get taxis if we had heavy shopping or after a night out which were costly. This was the only downside to our stay.

On the whole, the accommodation matched the description. Some furnishings, such as beds, are quite outdated here and some are broken. The way to the beach is quite long and on the way back you have to walk quite a lot uphill. Unfortunately, this spoils the mood a lot.

The apartment was beautiful, bright, with a wonderful view of the ocean. It had everything we needed for our weeks stay, except pool towels, which we were able to purchase for 5eur in a local store. Having the balcony was a great plus for some early sun bathing. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The management personnel from the building were always helpful. Able to walk to the beach within 10, there was a cart available to use which made things easier. Pool was warm and never crowded. Great restaurants on the beach. Having a car is helpful as the nearest supermarket is about an 8min drive. Only gripe was the parking lot being very narrow and difficult to maneuver with a large vehicle (we had a 7 passenger van). I would definitely stay again.

very nice accommodation. no need for a car but could walk or take a bus where we wanted. communication is handled via Costarentals. it worked well until the information about the check-out we received two days before we left, which meant that we double-checked the dates on the booking.

The accommodation is a little out of the center, which suited us well when you don't like the tourist crowds. There were bus and train stops nearby, so it was easy to get around. Just a short walk to the seafront. The apartment was clean and comfortable, even better than in the pictures and the roof terrace has great views. The house's swimming pool was nice and peaceful. Suitable for both children and adults.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! View from the balcony was beautiful and the place was exactly as described. Walking distance to the beach and the free parking spot was a bonus for us with a car as we were travelling around to nearby towns. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great apartment, with a beautiful terrace and view on the sea. Good communication beforehand by Frank and his colleagues. The remote control for the garage was missing but was quickly delivered by colleague Javier. The floors could have been a bit cleaner, especially under the beds. The central bathroom shower feels somewhat small. Other than that, it’s a wonderful apartment. There’s also a big assortment of books and card/board games. We had a great stay, would likely book again if I ever go back to Malaga!

Positive: The views from the terrace are beautiful. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the location is very worth it if you take a car since it is on a steep lot that is difficult to walk with children or older adults. The apartment is very well cared for, clean. Negative: Eché less inputs in the kitchen: You can't make yourself a coffee, you will need to bring an American coffee maker filter and coffee. Lavaplatos, sugar. The parking space was occupied by other people 2 of 4 nights. It has malfunctions in the secondary shower and in a single bed (ya adverados).

We had a pleasant stay at Frank's apartment! The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The views from the apartment were stunning, making our mornings and evenings extra special. However, there were a couple of downsides. The access to the apartment was a bit challenging, and the blinds rattled with any wind, which forced us to sleep with the blinds up. Overall, it's a great place for those who can manage the access, and the views certainly make up for the minor inconvenience.

The apartment is very bright, sunny and the view from all the windows is charming. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Parking is a great bonus. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away. Due to the high wind, on one of the nights the sun visor was torn, which the host thought was our fault, but I hope we can come to an amicable solution. Would stay here again.

Our stay at the apartment was great! It looks exactly like the pictures. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. This was very inconvenient, as we had a person with us who could not make the way to the sea and would have liked to use the pool. A note that the apartment is higher up (almost on a mountain) would have been very helpful. The kitchen could be a little better equipped to provide oil + more spices. The apartment was clean, the view breathtaking. There were also amenities for the beach and some games and movies. We would come back! :)

At first I thought I'll be leaving a 5 star review, as the place is beautiful, the view is outstanding. Unfortunately, that's all. on day 1 we found a chain and padlock on the entrance to swimming pool. It turned out, that there's restrictions on the use of private pools, which we were never informed of. Hosts knew for 2 weeks prior to our arrival. Also, they later confirmed that the pool wouldn't be open until mid June anyway (no mention in the listing).Had to find last minute ways to entertain the children (read spend a lot more than planned). The bathroom door lock was missing. We didn't report it, as there was 2nd bathroom.On the last day to our surprise,door lock was fixed.We were never told someone will be entering the apt. Finally, my children found a bag with some pills in a drawer! Easy accessible, not secured, just there. I messaged the host, but got reply only after I reported it to Airbnb support. Obviously won't be coming back.

We had a fantastic time with my family and Frank’s apartment. It was everything what you wanted, and they even had boardgames for the kids and an HDMI cable ready to plug in my Apple TV. We had a minor incident with the bathroom doors in the beginning, but managed to resolve it quickly, and Frank was very understanding about it. The view is everything you see in the photos is just fantastic to wake up to that view every day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A very nice place, that was specifically choose since I had been there previously. This time the sun on the balcony was even better, and the view is really something to see for yourself. Especially the sunrises (if you can get up that early) are something else. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell in the apartment, that we couldn't get rid of (even after opening all windows and contacting the service team). I'm sure they will get it under control, but it was a bit unfortunate for an otherwise excellent and 5+ star apartment near the beach, good restaurants and pubs.

A lovely place with spotless utilities and great decoration. Plenty of books and board games make it feel very homely. It is a 15 minute walk down a pretty steep hill to get to the beach, and a bus journey away from central Fuengirola, but the view from the balcony is magnificent. When you book with them however, they do offer you taxi transit to and from the airport, which is absolutely not worth it. The driver charged higher than the quoted price on both journeys and had the wrong address on the way there.

The reception was nice. The lady who received us in the office apologised a few times because a new air conditioner was being installed. the apartment was very good! Everything is great with a perfectly working air conditioning! Apartment has a truly fantastic view! (Not suitable for people with a fear of heights like me) but it's perfect. The balcony is spacious and perfect for evenings. the apartment was very clean. A few inconveniences (our parasol was blown away on the roof) were responded to and resolved neatly and quickly. Disadvantage: (host can't do anything about this) one has to take a pretty steep walk to the apartment. There are no supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood, the first is about a 30 minute walk away. This one is not big but has a lot. TIP! take a local taxi! No Uber or anything like that. These are sometimes 150% more expensive than the local taxi.

Frank's Fuengirola apartment was a great stay! It was located just in front of "Los Boliches" beah (which was great! lots of sands and no rocks!). The apartment was comfortably distributed being the highlight the romantic terrace and the Ikea tastefully decored living room. Check- in and check-out was all right. Our only gripe to the apt is that the air conditioning while it worked, had some strange program that made it act rogue so we couldn't figure out the controls. I think the a/c should be looked at. Parking inside the complex was readily available and all ok. 3 bedrooms, nice ambiance. Magnus was great helping us checking in when we arrived. Would recommend Frank's place again, the Fuengirola - Carvajal location is very lively with new upscale constructions such as The Higueron, it was a great stay.

Great stay in a beautiful spacious apartment, and every comfort. Better than the photos yet. The terrace has a magnificent sea view. Pool in the residence. To go to the beach it is 5 minutes downhill but allow 10-15 minutes uphill. The only downside was the A/C which stopped 3 times and the meter that jumped several times in the last few days, but it quickly worked again in both cases. The meter just have to leave again and the air conditioning was getting back on for a few minutes or hours later too. Other than that it was perfect, there was also a designated underground parking space available.

Very spacious penthouse with large terrace, less than ten minutes from the sea, although you have to climb a large coast, so it is done with some exercise. You have to be forwarded with the purchase since there are no supermarkets nearby.

The apartment is Lovely with everything you need. The walk to nearest beach looks daunting but in reality is a 5 minute down hill walk. Half an hour or so walk to anywhere lively but its a nice walk. Would recommend a Taxi back up the hill to the apartment though! Costs about 9 euro from central Fuengirolla.

Family of 5 who had a really good holiday at Frank's place. Everything worked perfectly. There is heating in the apartment and it was nice at night when it got a little chilly. Easy communication The apartment was a little hard to find, but here a tip Enter the elevator and select A (Atico del mar) and you will reach the correct floor. We were enthusiastic about the apartment Good space, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. Very nice terrace with morning sun. A few more tips: We landed in Malaga. The train station is just opposite the airport. We got help buying train tickets to Fuengirola. The train ride took about 30 minutes and cost 2.55 euros per person. We picked up the key at Costarental's office in Fuengirola and got an Uber that drove us to the apartment in 10 minutes (price 17 euros). Note: It would take an hour to walk and it goes a lot up the last distance to the apartment. There is another station closer to the apartment Carvajal (price from apartment to station 8 euro) We hiked from the apartment to Mijas - the white town A very nice hike of about 3 hours - we took the bus back to fuengirola price 1.55 per person and it took 10 minutes. City buses are easy to use Bus stop Olimpos is closest to the apartment Buses in both directions along the coast. Useful Apps to download: Uber Consorcio málaga Map.me Wikiloc (Hiking) We booked a trip from Fuengirola to Caminito Del Rey with Julia Travel and were picked up from hotel El Puerto in fuengirola A very beautiful trip 45 euros per person We were dropped off close to the apartment and it is certainly possible to be picked up here if you ask. Shopping Where we can recommend Miramar - there is a bus We'd love to come again Thanks for the loan.

Apartment is decorated to a high standard however in an older building. The pool wasn’t open when we were there which was disappointing. Its close to the beach which was great but a bit out of the way. The air-con wasn’t working when we turned up however they did get a handy man out to look at it & he fixed it for the remaining two days we had left. The apartment is fully equipped with lots of toys/games/dvds for kids which our daughter found great fun. There was no English channels on tv & when we found the google chrome cast box there wasn’t anything inside. Minor things but for the price it just didn’t match up for us.

Place was lovely! It was the perfect space and size for our group of 5 adults + 1 child. Amazing view--we sat on the terrace everyday. Kitchen is well equipped and the A/C works incredibly well. Once you figure out the road, parking garage, and correct tower, it's easy to find after that. A car is a must--we did day trips to Mijas, Ronda, Marbella, and Malaga and only spent 1 evening in Fuengirola. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment for a relaxing stay. Close to train station with easy access to Malaga central, Malaga airport and Fuengirola and a 10 Minuit walk to a lovely beach. The apartment has a great balcony with gorgeous views and plenty of space. The apartment was situated up a hill so a car may be beneficial however not necessary as we found. Would recommend this apartment!

Great apartment with a lot of space, large balcony and a REAL sea view. 5 minutes walk from the sea where you can find a promenade, plenty of bars and restaurants. 15 minutes by bus to the center of the town with big shops and local attractions. We had a great time staying at Frank’s place. There is plenty of space in this apartment making it an ideal accommodation for six people. Having two bathrooms makes a big difference. Also, in the good weather, the large terrace is an extra living space for lunch and evening meals. The apartment is quite far away from the town centre so you need to take the train there which is about a 10 minute walk. Fortunately we had a car so we could drive to Mercadona easily enough. Two things I was looking for was a pool and off street parking. The pool was closed for the duration of our trip so check for opening hours if you are looking for a pool! Also the car park fob wasn’t working and we were issued a replacement on our last day. Finally I would say that unusually there were minor things not provided that normally would be, for example, toilet roll, bags in the bins upon arrival, dishwater tablets. However this was easily remedied by ourselves and would not stop us returning! Other than these issues, great, spacious apartment and the best thing is by far the terrace with AMAZING views up and down the coast.

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen utensils were almost new. There were plenty of sheets and towels. We bought laundry detergent and toilet paper ourselves, otherwise the basic supplies were pretty good. In strong winds, there was a lot of banging and whistling in the apartment, otherwise it was quiet in terms of traffic noise and neighbours. The apartment was located on the slope of a hill, where climbing was difficult, but the counterpoint was the magnificent views of the sea and the mountains towards Malaga. I liked it a lot overall! Thanks again to the host for the flexibility to check in early.

It’s a big and nice apartment, almost everything u need is there. The bed sheets and towels felt dirty and old although they where watched so I would recommend to bring your own. It’s recommended to have car as it’s far to walk to Fuengirola city

It was a fantastic stay in the apartment, key delivery after midnight, clean apartment first class sea and beach view from a nice tarasse everything was perfect. But we found the key and number to the garage when we was living. Elevator to this top floor apartment was perfect, nice swimming pool. Close to the beach and train station which is going to Malaga for 2 Euro so don’t take the car take the train. End station is in Malaga and Fuengirola it’s driving trough the airport there are air conditioning in the train. The best restaurant in Fuengirola was Casa Colón good service and supreme food. We will 100% recommend this apartment. Thanks for all Frank

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It is very stylishly designed and is a beautiful environment to spend your holiday. The kitchen has everything you can imagine and is very convenient for cooking. There is a fab balcony with stunning views of sea and mountain. It is in a quiet area up a small hill about a 7 minute walk to the beach where you will find a host of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Any queries we had were dealt with quickly by the very helpful key holder who was at hand to assist us throughout our stay with anything we needed or wanted to know. This communication was very beneficial. Thank you. I’d recommend a stay here.

The apartment is beautiful, there is everything you need for life. 15 minutes walk to the sea, there are bus and train stops nearby. There are no shops nearby within walking distance from the disadvantages. Wonderful apartment for those with a car with a car.
