The space

The building is gated and secure, with 24/7 CCTVs. 2 swimming pools with sun beds (including shallow ended children pool) and parking lot are available for Malibu residents. One of the biggest shopping centre of Costa del Sol, Miramar is located only 2km away (5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes walking) The chic and upmarket hotspots of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes away; while for culture vultures and those looking for a real slice of Spain, the beautiful city of Malaga can be easily reached by train. Some nearby cities you can visit are: Ronda (52 km), Granada (128 km), Cádiz (237 km), Seville (209 km), and Córdoba (161 km) Weather forecasts do not suggest any significant changes and the rain here does not usually exceed 50 days each year. This climate is due to its unique geographical situation, namely the mountains which surround Costa del Sol, the Sierra Blanca and the Concha, visible from the entire area. Nice place. Nice and big apartment. Large pool that was not used by so many. Need a car to get to other places in Fuengirola, good with your own parking space.

+ The property is located in a beautiful area and is very quiet. + Public pool was fine + The property is from Marbella and Malaga 30 minutes by car. - Jacuzzi didn't work, that was actually the reason we chose the place in the first place and were very disappointed where it didn't work. The information that it didn't work came at very short notice before departure. The only thing you offered us is the cancellation of the property in such a short time before arrival. It was a difficult situation to find another place as it was very last minute and we would only have received a partial payment. The neighbor's hot tub worked flawlessly. - The apartment smelled terrible, you could hardly breathe or pen inside. - There were only 2 knock papers for 7 people for a whole week. - We never got back to you when contacting the host.

It is located between Malaga and Marbella. Both are about a half hour drive. All day sun on the spacious balcony! The apartment is very extensive. Air fryer, toaster, juicer, etc. are all provided. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi did not work. Before that, regularly had a mechanic over the floor. In the end, the whole holiday can't use it, but we got money for that. Good handling.
