  At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. Check-in is free of charge from 4 pm. Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number (codice fiscale). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of violation a penalty of 200 € will be charged. Pets are not allowed. We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen a bath towel and a hand towel per person is included, pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. EXTRA Baby crib: € 39 per stay, on request. High chair: € 39 per stay, on request. Baby package: crib + high chair at € 39 per stay, on request.
