Guys never book this apartment, agent stop responding immediately he received payment apartment didn’t have access to the apartment and Airbnb do nothing about it, please stay away from this apartment.

The owner was super helpful, and the location was convenient with a nearby supermarket. However, a construction site in front of the building caused noise from 7 am to 10 am. The AC made noise when set below 25 degrees, and the owner's solution was to keep it at that temperature and close the bedroom door. I requested a kitchen towel for 10 days but never received it. Despite the good owner and location, the construction noise and AC issues affected our stay negatively

New apartment with well laid out spaces. Great cooking. The quality of the construction is not the best ( walls already ruined and peeled at the bottom). Unfortunately, the unfortunate surprise was the constant noise coming from the building they are building across the street . Nothing to say about the quality of the service offered by One Perfect Stay

Apartment was clean and fresh, even balcony (what is rare in Dubai), two battles of water were on the table for guests. View was on the pool downstairs, by the way its big and nice. Generally building is brand new. Roads on parking a bit narrow so entrance will Be a bit complicated with big car. We knew that location is not touristy but its good that building located close to the exit from the JVC area. Thanks to team for fast help and solving all problems what we had. I will rent my next apartment with this company next time for sure.

The apartment is a true delight with you need for a home awayfrom home experience. From the well equipped kitchen to thecomfortable living roomwith high quality furnishings and fittings, the expansive balcony overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, it was a great place to return to at the end of the day's activities. The bright and cosy bedroom ensuredrefreshing and relaxing nights. Having a guest toilet with it's own shower meant that my visitors didn't need to get into the bedroom. The icing on the cake was the separate study where I could escape to catch up on work without interruption (high speed Internet ensured good connectivity). Netflix also ensured that I could catch up on all the latest movies. The supermarket on the ground floor of the building meant that I could get all my groceries at any time of the day and night (up to 10 pm) and the lobby at the reception provided a comfortable space for impromptu business discussions. I had worried about the location and getting around but with help of thehost, I downloaded the taxi-hailing App, Careem, and with that, I could get a taxi in five minutes to any part of the city at a reasonable price. The host company was amazing: David called to confirm my arrival time in advance and Rameel was on ground to take me to the apartment, showed me all the facilities and how they work. Both of them kept calling to check if I was comfortable and/or needed anything throughout my stay. I found them to be quite professional in what they do. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be back and will recommend highly to family and friends.
