Holiday flat in the heart of Estepona, perfect for families and friends. Situated next to Estepona city hall and just moments from the beach, this colorful apartment boasts an eclectic decor. Accommodating up to 5 guests, it features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a balcony. Positioned on the 7th floor, accessible by lift, this residence is part of the prestigious Residence Infinity, a recently constructed building.
The space
The complex offers a spectacular rooftop terrace showcasing an infinity pool, expansive sun deck, and mesmerizing sea vistas. Additionally, residents have access to a fully equipped gym with sauna, social club and secure garage parking. The generously sized living room is divided into two sections: a dining area and a comfortable seating area with a sofabed and smart TV opening onto a balcony with outdoor seating. The renovated kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Moka coffee maker, and toaster. The primary bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed with separated bathroom including a shower. Included amenities comprise high-speed fiber optic internet/WiFi, air conditioning/heating, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. Estepona, just 30 minutes from Marbella and a 55-minute drive from Malaga airport, is renowned for its pristine sandy beaches, lively promenade and vibrant marina. The apartment is located in a new building, near the beach and the old town and in this sense, is very convenient. The rooftop pool is accessible to all residents of the 4 buildings so it can get crowded in high season. The gym is well-equipped, sunny and spacious. We lowered the rating because of the response time with the host but also the quality of the cleaning that was done in the apartment. It's a shame. The equipment is also very basic - especially the bedding, cushions etc... the apartment would gain in attractiveness with a few small improvements!

Wonderful stay for my family of four including two children aged 7 and 4. Lovely, modern apartment with a spacious lounge and beautiful views from the balcony. Very clean, included everything we needed such as food bag clips etc (except a coffee machine!). Most amazing rooftop swimming pool which our children enjoyed almost every single day. The pool was 0.9-0.95m deep which was perfect for our kids heights. The pool itself and surrounding area was very well maintained. Apartment complex felt very secure and was easily accessible. Location was perfect; 10-minute walk to the beach, 2-minute walk to the supermarket Carrefour, 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the Old Town. If you want to stay local for dinner there's a little square a few mins walk away with a few restaurants including our favourite Albanico.
