This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this apartment and we couldn't be more disappointed. When you pay almost €3,000 to stay for just over a week, there are things that cannot be allowed. First of all, check-in is at 4:00 pm, but we had to wait until 5:30 pm to be able to enter. We literally arrived at the key area and the cleaners were just entering. Just as they demand punctuality at check-out, it should be the same for check-in. Of course, in an hour and a half, dirty things like large stains on the floor, especially in the kitchen and living room and laundry room and terrace, were left uncleaned. In addition, although they were once very comfortable beds, they are no longer so and urgently need a change of mattresses, they sink. The pillows are thin, feather. 2025 and we still haven't installed some good viscoelastic pillows or similar. We had to buy some. And they take a long time to respond, we are still waiting for the toaster We won't be back for now.

The Apartment, pool and location were lovely. We enjoyed every minute. Being South African, however, having a BBQ on holiday is really important. The impression I got from the photos was that the BBQ was private to the Apartment, but it turned out to be a Communal one next to the pool. It was only a slight issue in an otherwise brilliant holiday.

Wonderful home. Unfortunately, the other listings don't like that apartments are rented out which they were quick to tell Tidy and nice and lovely surroundings. Everyone was super nice anyway. We walked down to the beach during the days but always took the bus home. Extremely steep slopes. Easy to understand public transport and pay for bus.

It's not the first time we've stayed here, it's a great apartment, although there are things that have improved and others that quite the opposite. There's a lot more home tasting, and that's a plus. But, the pillows are still uncomfortable (although the mattress is amazing) and most of all, certain things of lack of maintenance such as a loose toilet lid, the force of water in the showers… Still, this apartment is wonderful, amazing and we will surely keep repeating. Thank you!

The apartment was nice and spacious with everything you needed. The view was also very nice. Pool area small but nice only in the evening there was no more space for everyone. It was quite far to the promenade. After a whole day in the city and by the sea, the ascent to the apartment was quite strenuous. That's why extra costs for Uber.:) All in all, it was very nice. The apartment was very clean, spacious and cozy, beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was excellent and the bedrooms were very reduced. The beds were good. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The big balcony was gorgeous, and you can see it from there. The pool area was great for both children and adults: the right size, peaceful, and very clean, and is just 20 meters from the apartment door. The location is peaceful and the scenery is beautiful. The only problem is that without a taxi / rented car, there's no right way to get anywhere, and there's no deal nearby.

Lovely appartement at the top of the hill, great equipment at the appartment and pool + gym area - great views. Walking distance from restaurants and beach, however hill is very very steep. Local bus goes up and down on hill with very low cost every 15 minutes (this was not on the handbook- which otherwise was really good).

Large spacious and bright apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely go again. Families with young children may want to consider hiring a car. Pool was too cold in April for children. Hosts have quick replies to any questions. Great holiday. Thank you

A great place! The apartment is large and of very high standard and so is all of Monte Paraiso. We loved the pool area - what a view! We also spent some time in the gym, it is situated behind the pool area with a fantastic view as well. It is a nice walk down to the ocean, bit it is a bit hard getting up again. You only walk once a day… There is one bar/restaurant nearby; Pepes. We enjoyed a nice meal and some tapas there.

Our family loved our stay here. The apartment and complex are beautiful, and the apartment was spacious, clean and had more than everything we needed. We traveled with the 2 y/o and the apartment was also very toddler proof which was very helpful for us. The team made it super easy to check in and out and get the extras/support we needed. And finally, the views cannot be beat! Thanks so much for hosting us!

fine, neat and complete accommodation and equipped with every comfort, including sunbeds and lounge set on the spacious terrace (south). However, change of bed linen and towels do your own. Washing machine provided.

Nice apartment with a lovely terrace and good parking. The apartment was not in top condition when we arrived, unfortunately the cleaning had been a bit neglected. The location is high up on the slope of Torreblanca, so a car is recommended. The third bedroom faces inwards towards a loft corridor or corridor, a little disturbing with lights that are switched on via motion detectors. Would be good with a blackout roller blind, at least for those who are sensitive. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell from one bathroom throughout our 10-day stay. Did not go away despite the fact that we flushed and the water lock started. No frying pan and the pots could have been a little fresher. A few more towels or bathroom mats would be needed. Completely okay and good accommodation but not magical.

Wonderful apartment in a place of sleep. The arrival at the apartment was an odyssey, we had to go to pick up the keys to the office and the box in which they keep it kept it didn't open in any way. We had to manage to, after 45 min, open it and get the keys. When we arrived at the apartment, one of the rooms did not open, between the arrival of the maintenance guy etc, we were given almost 9 o'clock at night. Really a lost day. Still, everything was corrected as quickly as possible. The apartment is such and as we see it in the photos, it is a beautiful, spacious and the best beds you will find throughout your life. And the best thing is the pool, although I must admit that in this case it has been because few people came down, it is not as big as it seems and the maximum capacity is 50 pax. Still, noting that most homes have not been sold, it's very nice to be there. Peace of mind is ensured. We had another mishap with the light, which after more than 12 hours had not been fixed. In the end, we ourselves had to look for the building maintenance staff to fix it for us. This was summed up in no light at night and part of the morning, sleeping with blinds climbed (they are automatic) and food from the fridge spoiled to lose. I still repeat myself, a pleasant experience. But what wasn't so nice was August 24th, we were in the pool and my two guys went up to spend my dad's birthday birthday. We were quiet when Ismael calls me because we were celebrating a 19th birthday and the neighbors were going to call the police, I told them it wasn't and there was it. Within a few hours a group of 20 people (the birthdays) went down to the pool, drinks, food, music (all these things prohibited by the rules written in that area) and over mid-afternoon this gentleman calls me back and shows up in the pool to kick us out, who were sitting talking. Even seeing that we weren't those who were complaining about, it kept being erre. It was a very bad experience, since we were doing absolutely NOTHING and the other group, which was breaking all the rules, no one caught their eye. Neither maintenance nor their tenant was whoever it was. Despite these little things, which in the end have its own bad part, we are very happy with the experience. As a tip, more as a warning for future tenants, and for nothing like something to face, I was missing a few things in the house. There were no pans or frother, for example, although the kitchen is very well equipped. And the cleanliness, at least in our case, left much to be desired. Dirty sheets, dirty couch, terrace full of dust and dirt, dirty cushions. We had to wash most of the things before using them. Above all, it's something that would have to be taken into account in a pandemic as we are, it's not a nice thing to see. Also, I know this isn't a hotel, but I don't think the stay is cheap. Communication should be smoother and not answered every 10 hours. It is something that I have noticed that in most cases it was not fluid and they took a long time to answer, even to the 4 phones that are at the door in case of need. In general, we will return next year if possible and free for the date. But it wouldn't hurt to subscribe to the things we discussed for future stays. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

The 4-star accommodation. The development is luxurious. The furniture is new, the kitchen fully equipped, the 50m terrace with sun loungers and seating area. The gym can be used with quality equipment and a view of the pool. The great pool with spa areas. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away by car. Parking space included in the building. The beach is close by and to eat at any of the beach chiringuito. 100% recommended
