Luxury, quiet, and well-equipped villa with a completely private pool and garden. Great views of city, mountains and sea and only 8 min to the beach in Fuengirola and 5 minutes to the well-known village of Mijas Pueblo.
As you walk through the large entrance door you have the large living room and the dining room to the left, the living room is equipped with A / C, Smart TV with international channels, including Swedish, British, Dutch, German etc.
To the right of the entrance door you have the large and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and place for the whole family, a bit into the kitchen and there is also a laundry room with tumble dryer.
Straight ahead and left from the entrance door, there is a toilet, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds. One floor is a guest room directly to the left with a comfortable sofa bed from IKEA and a desk to the right as you get up from the stairs, you are surprised at the size of the master bedroom, which is stylishly furnished with a private terrace and a spectacular bathroom with Jacuzzi and double sinks with separate toilet and shower.
Another floor is the roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the Costa del Sol and Fuengirola.
In the large garden you have a private pool, sun loungers, cafeteria and a lovely lounge area for the late summer evenings.

In accordance with current regulations, due to the drought in Andalusia, the use of water for filling and topping up swimming pools is prohibited from October 1st. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will be CLOSED from September 30th, 2024 until further notice.
The space
The villa is exceptionally beautiful with its typical Andalusian features and building techniques that lie quietly in a turning zone with only year-round accommodation around. You will have access to the whole villa but the inside of the garage (used as storage) but you can still park for free inside the premisesOther things to note

Me and my friends had the most wonderful stay here! The communication was great and we were greeted on arrival and given all the info we needed for our stay! The villa was spacious and so relaxing with great views! We stayed in and cooked a lot and the facilities were perfect - we also visited some restaurants in mijas recommended in the guest book and they were perfect! Would definitely come back again! THANK YOU

Everything was beautiful and location amazing. We found it difficult leaving and entering the house as we did not have a remote control for the gate, so had to have someone inside the house to open and close the gate from inside. We informed host of this but never got the remote control for the gate.
