Place looks like in the pictures, close to the beach and to the buss station, close to attractions, but quiet and cosy, pool was great and not so used by others, so we were mostly by ourselves when in the pool. Room was clean, but there is an issue with the ants. Any crumble left on the floor over the night would gather a lot of them. We are 4, 2 adults, 2 children, but we did not find linen for the couch and towels for the kids, so during first night we had to be creative.

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment, which was as described. Very well-equipped apartment with impeccable cleanliness. Beautiful terrace to enjoy the sun all day long. The apartment is very well served by buses. Very smooth communication with the host, always responsive. I recommend ++

Had a wonderful holiday. Beautiful and large terrace. Apartment well kitted, clean and maintained. Perfect location for local restaurants and nearby marina. Hope to visit again in future.

Lovely apartment the roof terrace was just perfect with lovely sea views…was able to sunbathe all day on the terrace …. Entrance and surroundings a little run down but didn’t affect our stay ! Walking distance to the port ! Had a lovely stay !

Fantastic apartment minutes from the beach, right in the heart of Benalmádena Costa, outdoor space was second to none, great pool area, everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun ☀️ Will definitely be back 😎

Apartment was very clean and tidy, central to everything we wanted and needed, good response from messaging. Only downside was there was no lift to the apartment on the third floor, so quite a lot of stairs to climb, for us it was not too bad and kept us fit 😀 Thank you Frank 😃

Wow! What an excellent accommodation for our month long stay. It was very well equipped, everything felt of quality and all was in excellent working order and very clean. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, made all the more so with individual duvets. The room was dark and perfect for sleeping. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. The washing machine was so easy to use. WIFI was excellent. The huge patio was amazing although it does not get the afternoon sun. The water view from the living room was lovely. Response from the management team was always quick and friendly. They provided excellent instructions. There are lots of stairs however, which may be a problem for those with mobility issues. The only drawback for us was the extra charge for early check in. We've stayed in rentals around the world and this was a first. We would definitely stay here again though. Highly recommended!

The accommodation itself is very nice and has a wonderful terrace. However, there are a lot of stairs to walk in before you get there. There are several very good restaurants really nearby and a couple of small supermarkets with good selection (and maybe a bit expensive prices).

Quiet, pool almost private, everything you need for weekend stay. Terrace big and perfect for morning sunbathing. Sea in 3min walk. Enjoyed the stay.

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people. A great place to get around by bus and on foot. Everything is close by. And the place is very quiet. We really enjoyed our vacation exploring this area. The days when we wanted to rest the sea is a stone's throw away from the apartment and otherwise the pool was almost for us alone. And what is also very appreciated is the proximity to Benalmadena and its shops while returning to calm, then to the residence.

Perfect home overlooking the ocean. The terrace is the best part of the house. The pool of the development is not usually full of people, we have come to enjoy it ourselves. The bad thing is that there was no spoon and the check-in/check-out time could be improved. Parking is tricky in the area.

It was great, we had all what was needed. Grill and terase was absolutely fantastic. Swimming pool was almost private, so we were there almost always alone. Perfect location of house.

Lovely little property, quite difficult to find once you’re inside the gated entrance - so a map would be handy, thankfully a resident asked if she could help us and directed us to where we needed to go The property is clean and has all the essentials for a trip away The terrace is fabulous, and the property is ideal for 2 - it’s advertised to accommodate 4 but I think that would be a little cramped There are quite a few steps to climb, so wouldn’t be suitable for prams/very small children or someone with mobility issues, It’s sooooo close to some lovely bars and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the beach (so perfect for us) All in all a little gem of a find - we enjoyed it so much that we’ve booked for next year! 🎉

Beautiful. As in the pictures. Nearby is everything you need. Hairdresser, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, the beach and even a park. The balcony is huge overlooking the sea. And the bathroom is clean and very nice too. The kitchen has everything you need for lunch and breakfast. Even filter coffee can be made. Gladly again. 👍👍👍

This apartment is all about the terrace and the location. Really close to beach and boardwalk with easy access to marina. The terrace is great for entertaining, cooking (it has a gas barbecue) and sunbathing. There are hundreds of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is smaller than pictures suggest but not too bad. The decor is tired and needs freshening up. The bedroom is damp with mould on walls but something that I am sure can be fixed. The apartment is on the third (top) floor so it has good views of the sea. However this requires you to use a total of 66 stairs with multiple staircases that go up and down as you traverse different levels to get to the apartment. There is no lift access. If you have mobility issues this is not the apartment for you. Overall though I enjoyed my month long stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day break. The apartment is in a great location - near to the beach and amenities. Our weather was amazing so made the most of the outdoor space which is incredible. Note to anyone thinking of staying - there are quite a few steps to the apartment - just in case you struggle with stairs but they did keep us for. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay for some summer sun. Its close to the seafront but set back enough not to be too noisy. The highlight of the flat is the great roof terrace complete with sun loungers, comfy seating area with sunshade and a gas BBQ. We spent most of our time on the terrace as it gets the sun all day. Inside the flat was clean and fairly well equipped. The kitchen is pretty small with two electric hobs, a microwave and a small plug in oven if you need (we didn't try it) it but the gas BBQ more than made up for that. Outside there is a smallish pool which was great to relax and cool down in. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around, and its about a two or three min walk to the beach. The shops immediately around the flat are a little expensive but there is a Mercadona about 15mins walk or a few mins cab away and much better value - they also had a really good deli counter! Overall had a great time and would happily recommend it.

Very recommended apartment, everything is perfect, a beautiful and very complete house. My 5 stars. For a single catch, check-in time at 4:00 pm is late and then check-out is at 10:00, maybe it could be done better and more just for everyone. But let's go that the apartment is a real wonder and I will personally come back and most likely this year. 100% recommended.
