We had a lovely stay. Pool area was great for our family to get together and have some fun. Kitchen is lovely with good appliances, having a washing machine meant we didnt have to come home with cases full of dirty clothes. A couple of small issues that were resolved quickly. Over all I would recommend.

Had a great weeks holiday in Villa Granada. The outdoor area and pool made this family holiday even more special. The villa was lovely and clean and all bedding and towels etc were excellent. Local Dia supermarket literally 5 mins down main road. It took us around 20 - 25 mins walking to the beach, with 4 kids in tow 👍 It does back onto the motorway behind so there is road noise to be aware of. Overall great property for our family of 5 adults and 4 children to enjoy a super holiday. Plenty of space throughout the villa for chilling and sleeping etc.

Villa was perfect. 7 ladies on a girls holiday, plenty of room for us all. 3 good showers/bathrooms. Amenities were great, especially the pool. We even used the BBQ on night. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses, mugs etc. The location almost backs on to the Motorway but it didn't really bother us. It wasn't overly noisy. Good supermarket about 10-15 mins walk away. An easy walk downhill to the beach front. Got plenty of steps in. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Although we sometimes got a taxi back in the evening which was very reasonable. We felt very secure in the villa and would definitely recommend it to anyone, friends and family could enjoy it. We asked for a late check-out but it wasn't possible. However, they have an office in Fuengirola where we left our luggage securely before our transfer picked us up. All in all, 7 very happy ladies. Thank you.

The villa has a lot of potential but fell short in important areas. We weren’t allowed early check-in and had no communication until 4pm. When we arrived, cleaning was still in progress and wasn't finished until 5:30pm. Cleanliness overall was disappointing: broken glass near the pool, cobwebs throughout, dusty surfaces, dirty dishes, and leftover food in the fridge and freezer. The beds were basic metal frames with springs and varied in comfort. Bedding and towels were lacking, with many of us sleeping under sheets with no duvets. The location is about a 20 to 25 minute walk from the town and next to the motorway, though the noise was minimal. Positives include a spacious layout, lovely outdoor area with a pool and lemon tree, and a modern kitchen with quality appliances. Unfortunately, the kitchenware was also dirty. While we still enjoyed our trip overall, we left disappointed and would not stay again unless cleanliness and comfort were significantly improved.

Will just list pros and cons for clarity :-) Pros Looks exactly like pictures Kitchen is fab with lots of high tech appliances Outdoor bbq & fridge fab Villa is spacious, living area big with big television 4 large bedrooms Can walk to shops and supermarket in 5 mins Pool area is great, very private Lots of shaded space available for when it was too warm Showers good with lots of warm water Air con works very well and in every room Early check in available Cons None of the bathroom locks worked and some were hard to close. Bathrooms extremely dated. Very little storage in 3/4 bedrooms& what storage there was taken up with duvets etc. main bedroom ok. No mirrors in 3/4 bedrooms House very dusty, Lots of dust on bed frames and walled ornaments etc. Outdoor area was filthy & we had to Clean all furniture and floors, unclog pool drains and wash out ashtrays. I think with better cleaning arrangements this villa would have been much better, but we still had a great time.

We had a great time with six people in a fantastic house with lovely swimming pool. This is definitely recommended for staying in this beautiful city.

We really enjoyed our family stay at this villa. it's a lovely villa with a beautiful garden and pool. The only downside for us was the noise of the main road behind the garden. it was constant and we didn't realise it was so close. Also, we had our parents with us who struggled with walking up the hill to the villa, so it did take more like 30 minutes to get down to the beach with lots of stops. But the villa itself you can't fault.

The Villa is well equipped. Two large fridge freezers. Great outdoor space with pool, BBQ, plenty of sunbeds and lovely seating areas. A lovely villa and I would definitely go again.

We loved this villa especially the outside area with all its nooks to relax in and the gorgeous swimming pool and sunbeds. We loved the 5 minute walk to the flea market and to the Tropezon for a typical ‘menu del dia’ lunch! The beach is a fifteen minute walk or a short taxi or Uber ride. We loved this very rustic private villa.

Fantastic villa. Pros:- Lovely pool, lots of seating areas, plenty of sunbeds, high quality modern kitchen, top quality TV, private with nobody overlooking property. Nice BBQ. Cons:- none that spring to mind. Overall a lovely place to stay and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. About 11 minute walk to beach, easy going down, bit harder coming back uphill...but builds the leg muscles up! Lovely restaurants and bars nearby in Los Boliches.

Had an amazing stay at Frank’s place, we would definitely stay there again. It had everything we needed, the pool was lovely & clean and it’s perfect walking distance to the beach! Felt comfortable there immediately.

Nice place, which had everything we needed. The place looked like the pictures. Very nice pool area, nice areas with shade for those who wanted it, well equipped kitchen and well functioning AC. Street parking outside, and 5-10 min walk to the supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants If you walked a little more, you came to the stand, cozy shopping streets and even more restaurants.

Absolutely beautiful Villa! Modern yet traditional. Loved the coffee machine 😉 The beds were so comfortable which is a first when on holiday! Pool was clean and fantastic. Communication from Frank was so great, quick response and any issues were resolved quickly. The gardener and maintenance men were so friendly also. We will definitely book this Villa in future. Home from home but with a well needed pool 👍 Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house ☀️

We had an amazing stay, and the pool is amazing. A very well equiped Kitchen. The air con was great in all the rooms. The garage is not accessible so parking on the street can be a challenge at times. Overall a lovely house.

Very responsive and extremely kind host. There was just a small problem with the air conditioning but he was always responsive to my messages. Excellent stay overall. Looking forward to renting this house again

The house served its purpose for a family of 9. The house was well equipped, in a good location and it was as described. The questions about the house raised to the owners were responded to quickly. Parking close to the house was sometimes challenging but in all I would stay here again.

We had quite a problem with the house.( maid, power cut, water leak,no blinds or shutters on the windows ) But every problem Frank and his team were very responsive and solved any problems. The house and setting are great we had a lovely stay and a great time at the villa both inside and out. We recommend this property.

Brillant villa had a great time, nice deep pool ,inside and outside fridges which was great,supermarket less than 10 min Walk,beach 15 walk. Very satisfied with our stay there and will hope to go back on our next holiday
