great apartment with a Lovley roof terrace, the complex is on a good hill at the bottom far end of the beach at the opposite end to the marina, about a 15 min walk to the beach but about 25 mins going back up hill. plenty of café and restaurants down towards the beach and a supermarket 10 mins walk, the only issues we had is that the pool was closed not because of water restrictions in the area, as all the surrounding hotels and villas pools were in use but the pool is broken and had been for a while, only one sun lounger on the terrace but there was a table and chair set/sofa. we didn't use the BBQ. The washing machine was broken on arrival but costa rentals who manage the apartment quickly had it replaced. the spiral stairs to the roof terrace are a little unnerving and quite steep but ok if your careful. lovley peacefull area with good veiws from the roof.

After a hiccup with finding the key lock, it had been moved to another location than the one we had given a photo of, in the light of day it might have been obvious but not at 11pm in the dark. Air BnB were excellent and we were booked into a local hotel within minutes. The apartment was excellent, the roof terrace getting sunshine from first thing in the morning until last thing at night. A supermarket within a 5 minute walk had everything you could need, the beach is another 5 or so minute walk passing numerous restaurants including Harry’s Indian restaurant, where we ate on a number of nights. The beach promenade starts at the bottom of this road, this makes a lovely daily walk and visit Benys bar. Sam’s sports bar is close by for any sport you may want to watch and has a pool table and darts and a large terrace to enjoy the sunshine, it’s also elevated and catches any welcoming breeze. All in all a fantastic place just a few minutes walk from all that benalmedina has to offer

I stayed here for 4 weeks, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The condo is a good size, clean, bright and very comfortable, the pictures are very accurate. The pool is great for cooling off at the end of the day. The views from the terraces are spectacular, but they get very hot with the midday sun. The location is great, just far enough out to be very quiet and relaxing. It’s not too far from shops and the beach, about 1km to each, but it is up hill on the way back. I recommend renting a scooter. There’s a rental place called 2Wheels that I recommend, good price, good service and they drop off and pick up the scooter. The service provided by the host was 5 star all the way. Fast responses and excellent communication, and they also arrange for my airport transportation. Check in was easy.

Would not recommend this place for the following reasons: 1. Stuffs getting old and need replacement. (Outdoor stuff like Umbrella and Sunbed is not really functioning) - Umbrella on the top floor is not there anymore. 2. Bad at communicating regarding extra maintenance during the stay. First day in the place, we went out for a late dinner, and when we came home we found out there had been maintenance people in the apartment to fix the washing machine. The machine wasn't fixed, and was pulled out on the floor in front of the oven. We wasn't told anything beforehand, which would have been a nice gesture, since we had our private belongings out everywhere. I wrote a message to the Host, and told him that next time, it would be cool to at least inform before they send maintenance people over to the place. - Host read but didn't reply to me message. Next day at 20:00 to maintenance people again came unannounced to the apartment, and stated fixing the washing machine.

Hello very nice apartment very well located with 2 beautiful terraces and a peaceful setting but extremely disappointed by the equipment stated in the listing "washing machine that does not work, gas-free barbecue,as well as a tiny expanse not at all designed for 3 people "and the worst is that after reporting the washing machine as well as lack of gas, no response from the owners

thank you for a super stay apartment very clean, spacious with practically everything that was needed in a closed complex in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from the center where there were restaurants and a beach we had a super vacation

Lovely location, well appointed apartment with great roof terrace. Communal pool area really nice and very quiet for Easter ! Quite a walk to the beaches and restaurants, fine for us but anyone with limited mobility would benefit from a car. Same with the spiral staircase to the terrace, you need to be very sure footed. Would definitely book again.

very nice place, we had a few issues with neighbours on our first night but after that ok. I loved the area, but my mother is 75 and struggled with the walking as it is a little far from the main road. frank let me have a late check out which was amazing, as we were not flying until 10.30 in the evening. all in all 5 star

Very nice appartement, big with great terrace to hang out, i think i would recommend it only to people with cars as it is out of center of city, which is also a good point since it’s calm and relaxing!

Fantastic The apartment a 10, it's very complete. The location is great if you want tranquility and well connected. We had a great few days in Benalmádena as a family.

if you book this stay with a baby/stroller there are several steps that you have to lift the stroller up before you can reach the patio where the elevator is, as you can not park after the gate. if you want to park in the garage we were told to pay an extra fee. the swimming area is nice. There are 8 sunbeds. During our stay that was enough. the beach is closeby, but the way to it is not so easy (again with a stroller. without it is ofcourse). Frank himself is quick with responding to questions. there were several things that we unfortunatly were not happy about and we hope that in the future they can fix this. For us it was a one time thing.
