1. All of the bedding had stains and marks on it and when we lifted bedding to get into bed cockroaches fell out. 2. The place is full of cockroaches, we walked in and found 4 dead, later finding 3 live roaches roaming the bathrooms, they are everywhere. The host sent someone over with spray but despite using it we kept finding more around the apartment. 3. The host didn’t respond quickly - we tried using the WiFi details they gave us but they didn’t work and we got no response for 24 hours so ended up having to buy data. They just kept saying to re try the codes - but the WiFi did not work at all. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it, we cancelled and changed our booking for the remainder of our stay.

The apartment is in a great location, it has everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen equipment, dishwasher and washing machine all seemed new and worked really well. Aircon and wifi worked well too. We asked for some more pillows and they were dropped off that evening. The host was responsive and very helpful. Couple of repairs are needed to the bedroom furniture but we could still use the wardrobe space. We let the host know. We did have a couple of dead cockroaches each morning that we needed to get rid of. I’m not sure how they were getting in, they were found in different places each day. It didn’t bother us too much but might be worth checking the problem has been cleared, as I noticed another review in June says about them too. Overall it was a great stay and we would book the apartment again. Thank you

1. The apartment is in a good location but was unfortunately full of cockroaches 🪳🪳 We would therefore have to SLEEP 3 nights in the CAR!!!. 2. Wifi was BROKEN all the time! In the description of the stay it said that Wi-Fi is available in the apartment, which is not at all true. I tried to get in touch with them but unfortunately I was just ignored ! 3. When I booked the description on Airbnb said that you have time to check out by 12am, but there was a cleaning service outside the door at 11am and wanted us to leave the apartment in about 30 minutes.
