Impeccable apartment, spacious, clean, very functional. The building was very quiet in November. Small downside, slightly noisy because close to the road but fortunately no traffic between midnight and 7am. Big positive point the sea view at sunrise just magnificent. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Responsive host. I would recommend it 100%

The apartment was big and nice, with a nice view, but I can’t give 5 stars - not only its surrounding is really noisy from the road under the balcony, but there were workers right in the next apartment, so we couldn’t have enjoyed normal stay - it was crazy noisy from early morning to the evening. I understand that its owners can’t do anything about it, but if we knew, we wouldn’t had stayed there. Compensation was late checkout, but it was still just a little compensation for the unbearable noise. Also you can have earlier check-in, but for a charge.

The place was very good quality, and location nothing to say. However, we were charged an additional fee that was not specified in the listing. On the one hand for early check-in ( which is understandable but not noted) and then €57 for a crib while it is noted in the basic amenities of the accommodation. Very unfortunate.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Very close to highways so it is fast to go to Fuengirola and Malaga. Worth every penny!

Very nice and clean apartment, nicely equipped, in a beautiful building complex, beautiful garden with a quiet pool. Amazing view from the terrace. Too bad there is a road below the deck - the noise from it disturbs the well-being on the terrace. There are new hotel complexes in the back- even here during the morning there is traffic from the construction. Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay very much. The train is convenient to Malaga in 30 minutes. Communication is seamless. Recommended.

Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The price seemed high considering the amenities provided; basic essentials like soap for both dishes and showers were missing. Despite no visible mold, there was a persistent odor. Additionally, the location was farther from the beach than advertised, and contrary to listing details, there was no gym in the building. Overall, the value did not align with our expectations. And the neighbourhood is not the one added to the listing (it is on the outskirts)

Listing as described. Very clean and very quiet pool even in the middle of August. Super convenient underground parking lot. The only downside is that a fairly busy street is located below the two terraces and you can hear the cars that accede and disacceless to pass the slowers. We enjoyed the two bottles of water that were in the fridge.

Very nice clean bright apartment with 2 beautiful terraces, fully air-conditioned, perfectly equipped kitchen, comfortable beds in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms; even a safe for valuables is available. We had a parking space in the underground. Communication with Costarentals worked out great and self check-in and out was easy - very good description. The area was very quiet. The beach is beautiful and very close ( walking distance). On the beach promenade are countless good Spanish and other restaurants. Thank you Frank, we will certainly come back.

Really enjoyed our stay with my family. The balconies are the best thing about this apartment as you have 2, one to have dinner / lunch and one to relax with exceptional views. Very close to the beach and amenities. Definitely would stay here again

Franck is a very available host, the apartment is rather well located and clean . I loved the little logbook where everything is detailed . There are 2 quiet pools in the residence which is very nice . We will return with great pleasure

The apartment is very nice and in a safe and nice area, however it is necessary to have a car to go downtown and/or beaches as it is on a climb that even the most athlete leaves it exhausted.

The location was perfect. Apartment was clean and tidy. Communication with the host worked out well. Really nice balconies, but no grill tho. The beds were not that good. Missed one double bed without a large hole between the mattresses. There were no dish washer tablets nether dish washer liquid or sponge/brush to make dishes. Coffee maker needs to be replaced with a new one. Generally a really nice place, but some quite small improvements is needed.

The apartment was well cleaned and matched the description, but ...: The photos do not show that there is a somewhat busy road behind the terrace, so that the sounds of traffic can be heard very well in the apartment at night. During the day, the sounds rise between the houses, so the doors cannot be kept open. Some of the lamps in the apartment were broken, the tableware was deficient for a family of four, and there were no dishes to do the dishes themselves. There were a few rolls of toilet paper a week, and no garbage bags were available. I asked for the iron separately, but the questionnaire was not answered. Prior to our arrival we received a survey on how we would like the keys to the apartment. I chose the option where the keys are in the apartment, but the day before arrival there was a notice that the keys could be picked up from Fuengirola. This caused us an extra hour of travel. The above are small things, but I was particularly disappointed that the pictures are taken in such a way that the whole truth about the apartment is not revealed (street behind terrace). In addition, it should be noted that the apartment is on such a steep hill that, for example, shopping is not possible on foot. You need to have a car or order a taxi. Special thanks, however, for the late check-out, we were able to postpone the departure from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Beautiful, well-maintained apartment in a cute residential area. The two terraces are beautiful. Too bad for the lack of flexibility for check-out (not possible after 10 a.m.) and no simple foods available such as salt, sugar or coffee available in the kitchen.

The apartment is in a very quiet area with spectacular views. A stone's throw from the beach. The apartment is very comfortable and practical and with a really nice pool. We would definitely go back!!!
