We spent 1 week in the accommodation, everything went well. Peaceful neighborhood but requires a car!

The overall stay, it was good. But it would be nice to improve some things: We know that it is not something that has to be done, but in the listing it showed that there was oil and when we went to cook we saw that we did not. The access to the pool was not well indicated and the key we did not get to find it anywhere with the directions we were given still having asked. Leaving aside those things, the rest is very well; it is a new apartment, with wonderful views and well equipped. Something as simple as some tuppers made a difference, since when you go on a trip that kind of things you know bad to buy them because afterwards you are not going to take them! So next to that, the dryer, the iron and the rest of the accessories made the stay something very nice 😁

The accommodation was as on the pictures in your city of Malaga and Benalmadena you can only get there by car. Except for keys for the pool area, everything was available and easy

One of the bed sheets was dirty but overall we loved the place. It is best for 5 person max because of the sofa bed. Nice view from the terrace.

The apartment has beautiful views and is situated in a quiet, easily accessible area. The facilities are very new and manicured. Everything is as shown in the photos. Frank has been very close and has provided us with all the information we have needed.

Very nice place, quite and peaceful with privacy. Garbage disposal instructions not available like recycling. Bed linen we're only white sheets no light Blankets or Duvets..

We had a very enjoyable break in this apartment. It is a very nice place. The balcony is such an amazing part of this property its very spacious. A bit disappointed with the check in. We had no instructions as to how to find keys to use in the lift to get to the pool area. The manual at the property didn't tell me any of this and when I rang it was about 2hrs before I got a reply. I asked were I should have found this information and nobody replied. They also allowed a maintenance man take rubbish from the balcony of the property without us being there after I asked them to call me before hand to arrange a time that I would be there. I have no idea if this man entered the apartment as I never received a call to tell me what was happening. They just sent him out without any arrangement being made. That was very disappointing. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay. The property and its surroundings are amazing.

An apartment for people who like safe, quiet neighborhoods, away from the crowds. Beautiful, large, sunny patio with sun loungers. In the area of hiking and biking trails. Well-equipped, lots of dishes, cleaning supplies, basic spices. I recommend:)

Nice and well maintained apartment on a hilly area with a nice view of the sea from back terrace. Furniture and kitchen accessories are of good quality. Grocery stores are on a 3-5 minutes drive. The location is close to the highway, so easy to move around. The apartment is equipped with a security system. Dedicated and secured parking under the building. Costa Rentals staff is also very co-operative and responsive. I didn’t have any issue during my stay and fully recommend it.

This is a very nice, high quality apartment. We ended up staying 3 extra weeks. Great views from an elevated location. Location is convenient for Arroya de Miel, Benalmadena Pueblo and all major road links. Comes with 2 garage spaces with direct access to apartment door. Because of its location it can get a bit windy, which could be welcome in summer. Balcony is large and comfortable and has extra land to the side for kids to play on. High end appliances and fittings. Bedrooms and bathrooms are smallish but big enough. I would recommend the apartment.

Frank is a super host. He was very helpfull when we needed help because someone broke into the apartment and stole our stuff. Frank was super professionel, helpful and is very good at communication.

Very nice stay in a nice, new, well equipped and clean apartment in a really calm area in the heights of Benalmádena. The swimming pool is really nice but not accessible during the weekend. I never met Frank, the owner, but I contacted him via the app and he is respond quickly and is very flexible. Thx again for this stay.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped and clean. The terrace is spacious and has beautiful sea views. The surrounding environment is quiet. Host responsiveness nickel. Private parking in the secure basement. I'll definitely be back!

If you're looking for some relaxing days, you are at the right place. The Appartment is so amazing. You won't lack of anything (kitchen fully equiped, central AC, smart TV, High speed internet,...). My favorite moment was my coffee on the terrasse with a beautiful sea view. You can't get rid of it. I recommend this place. Imad.

Lovely, well equipped and fresh apartment with nice big balcony and seaview. Parking carage under the house with lift connection to the apartment is extra nice.
