El Rosario is a small residential area located on the beach, just outside Marbella on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Malaga. The area is very relaxed, with a mix of luxury villas and apartment complexes, all within walking distance of the lovely beach.
The space
When you step through the door you are greeted by a modern and stylishly furnished apartment with the fully equipped kitchen directly to the right, here you have a dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, a combined microwave with oven, stove and everything what you might need to cook during the holidays.Further into the apartment you have a dining group with seating for 6 people, a large and comfortable sofa and a large smart TV with local TV channels.
Further out from the living room you have the lovely terrace with sea views and with a sunny location. Here you have a nice lounge group, Weber gas grill and a dining group for up to 8 people.
Upstairs is the masterbedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and a private balcony with morning sun and sea views
The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pulled out for extra beds, here a maximum of 3 people can sleep.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with private parking in Garage, Communal pool, Dishwasher and washing machine, large freezer and fridge and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay."In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice."

The apartment is very nice and corresponds to the description in every way. The bed is very good even for a longer stay. The terrace is very nice, huge has sun in the morning and evening and has large working barbecue. It is a very quiet residential area. We had 2 lovely weeks there 🤩

Great location. Close to the beach . Great bars and restaurants in the area. Great views , terrace and layout. Great for a family with 2 kids. However, in need of renovation. Especially the bathrooms were very old and not clean. We found the decor quite out of the ordinary. However, communication worked very well. And the check was also straightforward.

We are two adults and three children (9-13-15) who have had a great stay in the apartment. Everything worked as it should and the apartment met our (high) expectations! 😁 Frank and Audrey are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We especially appreciated the large terrace around the apartment ☀️

We booked this place last minute and were lucky to find such high quality accommodation. The outdoor seating area was superb and was perfect for sitting with a glass of wine in the evenings. The interior was spacious and nicely furnished with a very well-equipped kitchen. The distance to the beach is literally a few minutes’ walk away. There is a Carrefour supermarket (approx 10 mins walk) an upmarket beach restaurant called Nosso (approx 4 minutes walk) a bar called Sevens Seas (5 mins) and a place for breakfast/sandwiches called Mama’s bakery (10 mins) It was a lovely stay and the manager was very responsive and helpful, delivering a new toaster when the one in the apartment broke! I would recommend this apartment.
