Great location. Close to the beach . Great bars and restaurants in the area. Great views , terrace and layout. Great for a family with 2 kids. However, in need of renovation. Especially the bathrooms were very old and not clean. We found the decor quite out of the ordinary. However, communication worked very well. And the check was also straightforward.

We are two adults and three children (9-13-15) who have had a great stay in the apartment. Everything worked as it should and the apartment met our (high) expectations! 😁 Frank and Audrey are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We especially appreciated the large terrace around the apartment ☀️

We booked this place last minute and were lucky to find such high quality accommodation. The outdoor seating area was superb and was perfect for sitting with a glass of wine in the evenings. The interior was spacious and nicely furnished with a very well-equipped kitchen. The distance to the beach is literally a few minutes’ walk away. There is a Carrefour supermarket (approx 10 mins walk) an upmarket beach restaurant called Nosso (approx 4 minutes walk) a bar called Sevens Seas (5 mins) and a place for breakfast/sandwiches called Mama’s bakery (10 mins) It was a lovely stay and the manager was very responsive and helpful, delivering a new toaster when the one in the apartment broke! I would recommend this apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check out later, which was super nice and really appreciated. The place itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Great location very close to the heart of the best beach restaurants of Marbella. Terrace very spacious, lounge seats and authentic style with amazing view. Sun light on the terrace the whole day. Very friendly host!

The best penthouse ever! Liked it A lot, region is very rich and quiet. The only slight - is that Its 11km from centre, but the Taxis are cheap

+ Close to the beach + Easy to park + Amazing terrace - Bad smell in the bathroom on the 1st floor - The drain of the not working in the bathroom on ground floor - Cameras - one in the salon, another one on the staircase - we covered them - Weird decor in the interior - The fireplace not working (heating from the AC working)

Great Location with a huge outdoor space and great views. Franks place has it all. The local supermarket and Breakfast place is in walking distance and the beach is close and ideal for a long walk to Marbella.

The setting is idyllic! The terraces gave us a beautiful view. We loved the neighborhood. The proximity to the beach really allowed us to rest between each white village! The cleanliness was not perfect, but acceptable! We plan to return in 2024.

A really nice apartment close to the beach. In particular, we had been looking forward to using the outdoor areas, but suffered from the weather-which was not their fault. Overall really nice place. The host is professional and you can both get answers if you call and write. Great service. But the bathrooms weren't quite standard and unfortunately there smelled. I hope they get this fixed soon so others don't experience the same nuisance. Keys are a bit inconvenient as you need to be missing different keys for the gate, entrance, elevator, garage and front door. So more than 2 sets are needed if there are more and want more freedom to do different things.

Everything was very good, beautiful . But there is, but the air conditioner did not work , after 2 days they sent a specialist to fix it, but we could not fix it, we asked to make a gesture a little refund of 38 degrees without air conditioning , we paid not a little money, they said that they will make a gesture return a little money, until we wait. It was great.

Perfect stay, welcoming and very responsive host. The accommodation is clean, functional, tidy. The neighborhood is quiet, secure, clean, 5 minutes from the beach. i highly recommend.

Disappointing stay. It took about 30 minutes to check in as checkin instructions were not clear at all. After many messages and calls I was able to get additional instructions which should have been provided at the first place as Apartement complex has many gates and entrances. Laundry machine was broken and host was aware of that but didn’t notify me before check in. Smell in one of the bathrooms made it unusable. I think there was something wrong with drainage system. Overall, a very disappointing stay and unhelpful host.

Beautiful terrace, perfect for sunbathing, coffee (& yoga) in the morning. The area is very nice too, very close to the beach where you can walk in the sand or enjoy a drink/ food in the beautiful beach clubs! We would suggest to have a rental car (you get access to the parking lot right under the apartment building), the supermarket is quite far by foot but only 5 min by car. Bathrooms and floor could have been a bit cleaner. The communication with Audrey was very nice! We enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. The terrace is fabulous. Very clean, excellent communication. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. Black out blinds in the bedrooms were really appreciated. The pool was gorgeous. It's 7 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to the tennis club. Our favourite restaurant was Bono.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Morning coffee on the private balcony off the master bedroom was the perfect way start every day. The outside terrace is truly stunning, a great place to dine, sunbathe and enjoy any time of the day. The shared swimming pool was perfectly clean and never too busy. We would not hesitate to return, thank you.
