Welcome to El Rosario in Marbella and this lovely apartment with sea views, pool and just a stone's throw from the beach and the Mediterranean.
El Rosario is a small residential area located on the beach, just outside Marbella on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Malaga. The area is very relaxed, with a mix of luxury villas and apartment complexes, all within walking distance of the lovely beach.
Further into the apartment you have a dining group with seating for 6 people, a large and comfortable sofa and a large smart TV with local TV channels.
Further out from the living room you have the lovely terrace with sea views and with a sunny location. Here you have a nice lounge group, Weber gas grill and a dining group for up to 8 people.
Upstairs is the masterbedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and a private balcony with morning sun and sea views
The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pulled out for extra beds, here a maximum of 3 people can sleep.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with private parking in Garage, Communal pool, Dishwasher and washing machine, large freezer and fridge and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

When you step through the door you are greeted by a modern and stylishly furnished apartment with the fully equipped kitchen directly to the right, here you have a dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, a combined microwave with oven, stove and everything what you might need to cook during the holidays.Further into the apartment you have a dining group with seating for 6 people, a large and comfortable sofa and a large smart TV with local TV channels.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and would highly recommend. The owners are very responsive both before and during the trip and very kindly offered us a later check out to accommodate our late flight. The location was great, 5 mins walk from the beach but also within a short drive to nearby towns. The apartment itself was just as described, very spacious and as described on the advert. Thank you for a great stay!

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - Pool opening dates vary a lot so please ask us to be sure the pool is open. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive poweruse could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen and towels per person is included. - Possible that you need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival, however day before arrival you will get all information as its depends. - we can order you transfer, ask us about the price. - early check in/late check out may be possible, we do take a fee for that, fee depends on the time, few days before arrival/ check out you will get a message if that is an option. "In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice." - Throw rubbish away
