El Higueron is a luxury area between Fuengirola and Benalmadena that is mostly newly produced and of the highest standard. Here is a free train from the upper part where there are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.
The space
When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a bright home with open floor plan between kitchen and living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and everything you need to cook on holiday.The living room is stylishly decorated with a large and comfortable sofa and a large smart TV with apps such as netflix, hbo and much more (own account required)
Further out you have the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, dining area for 6 people and a lounge area and sun lounger.
Master bedroom has a large double bed with its own ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a large bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed upstairs where a total of 3 people can sleep.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, fast WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and much more.
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.

In the Middel Views complex, in addition to several pools, you also have a communal gym that is included in the rent of the home.Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
Other things to note
Due to the ongoing drought in Andalusia, swimming pools are not allowed to be filled with water and in some of our locations they remain closed. Please inquire about the pools before making a reservation.There is construction going on int he area that can cause occasionally dust and noise pollution.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

We booked to stay a month from mid Feb. On the positive side 1) flat was decent 2) great level of sun coming through 3) close to Carvajal station. Kevin (not the main host) was brilliant - attentive and helpful when faced with minor issues. On the negative side 1) communication ahead of arrivals was slow vs other hosts 2) walking up to the flat can be a real challenge as it’s quite high up 3) not many big grocery stores that are walking distance 4) gym is available but not the saunas. On the terrible side, after check out, Sofia asked us to pay an additional fee to get all their outdoor sofa cushions cleaned, claiming it was our responsibility to bring them all inside during our stay. How can they expect us to move all 16 sofa cushions indoors every day when they were dusty to begin with? Also, why place cushions that are not weatherproof from the start, to then try and leave us with the cleaning fee? We thought it was uncalled for and hence the 2 stars.

Very spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, properly equipped. Very close to shops, restaurants, the beach or the train station, from which you can get to both the center of Malaga and the airport. The only downside for some can be a fairly high approach, which you have to overcome to get to the apartment. Recommended Host 🙂
