Welcome to this unique penthouse with private pool and the best location in Fuengirola on the promenade. Here you come who want to stay in one of the most luxurious apartments in Fuengirola with its own pool on the roof, newly renovated to the highest standard and with the best possible location within walking distance to everything you may need during a holiday.
The space
When you open the doors, you are greeted by a top-renovated apartment of the highest standard where you step into a living room with black accents and modern style. Here you go
a comfortable sofa set and Smart TV on the left and a dining area with wonderful views of the western Fuengirola skyline. To the right when you enter you have the fully equipped kitchen with appliances in the highest possible standard, here is a dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cooler, double fridge and freezer, toaster and much more.
There is also a nice terrace with a wonderful view of Jacinto Benavente and the city.
Upstairs you will find the private pool without transparency with its own terrace, dining area and BroilKing barbecue. There is also a small kitchen with a dishwasher on this floor for convenience.
On this floor there is also a large bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a sleeping alcove with a sofa bed and curtain.
Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, desk and smart TV.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI, Sonos speakers, dishwasher, washing machine, pool and much, much more!
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels + pool towels per person.

The apartment is lovely and the views are incredible. The breakfast items provided and amenities are really great - we were a group of 8 adults and enjoyed cooking together and using the BBQ and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, really close to the beach as well as shops, restaurants and train station. It was easy to get to and from the airport and into Malaga for a visit. It was absolutely idyllic for a relaxing trip away. Frank was responsive and proactive in sending a repairman when an issue arose regarding the draining of the upstairs shower. From reading the reviews this seems to be a long term issue and unfortunately there was a sewage smell in the downstairs bedroom coming from the drains in the ensuite and the showers/sink didn't always drain the best. Overall, for value for money, the location and amenities this is an excellent apartment and I would return. Thank you for having us :)

The apartment was really nice and matched the description well. The apartment was really clean and the small breakfast left for us was a nice surprise. There were minor deficiencies in the kitchen, which were corrected at our own expense. There were not enough dishes for nine people and there were few serving dishes. The other freezer had been left open and frozen and this was not repaired during the whole week. We were not bothered because the other freezer worked but certainly took quite a lot of electricity for nothing. The pool was a little dirty and was not cleaned even though we had been informed in advance. While grilling, the gas ran out. The water was cut off for two days for reasons beyond the host's control and it was a little challenging for a group of 9 people during the day. The apartment is in a great location and is best suited for a maximum of six adults and a few children. We highly recommend the apartment. I believe we will return again.

This apartment was fantastic great location and exactly as the picture was shown we were a family of 7 and really enjoyed staying here would definitely go back again

The apartment is modern, comfortable spacious and in a fantastic location by the seafront & marina. The views of city, sea & mountains from the balcony & upper terrace were beautiful. Despite being right in the heart of the bars & restaurants, it was also peaceful & private because it was on such a high floor. We would love to stay again.
