Welcome to this lovely apartment with pool and only 550m to the nearest beach. The location is perfect for the family as we live quietly but still have proximity to everything the city has to offer, a stone's throw away is the Selwo Dolphinarium and the beautiful Paloma park with free hens, a lake, cactus park among other things.

The space

When you step through the door, you are greeted by a newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment with the open and social kitchen on the left, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge and freezer, stove with oven and everything else you may need for cooking on holiday. You also have a lovely breakfast bar with 3 high chairs.
Further into the apartment, you have the dining room with a dining group for 6 people, a comfortable sofa in front of the lovely terrace with morning sun and pool and sea view. On the terrace you have a dining group for 4 people and a sunbed, there is also an awning if it gets too sunny.
There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment where the master bedroom has a large double bed and its own ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom, which can also be used as an office, has a sofa bed for up to 2 people and a large smart -TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is fully equipped with A/C in all rooms, dishwasher, shared pool, washing machine, fast WIFI and much more.
The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.

The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

Yes this apartment was fantastic. It’s was decorated lovely and perfectly as described. The hosts were responsive and well informed and provided infraction when requested. Lovely location Close to beach and restaurants Our family really enjoyed it

I'll start with the positives: 1/ very responsive hosts 2/ very clean accommodation 3/ very quiet and very clean residence 4/ magnificent view 5/ charming pool Unfortunately, there are a few areas for improvement: 1/ the accommodation is not made for 6 adults but rather 4. The third "bedroom" is not really a bedroom. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, the room has no blackout curtains so full sun from the first hours of the day. The living room can't accommodate 6 people, only 4. 2/ we only received one large towel and one small towel per person, it's not enough. 3/ the bathroom handle was broken (already reported in previous comments!) 4/ for the price paid (2500 euros a week!) a minimum of cleaning products and toilet paper would have been appreciated. 5/ no parking around the residence, everything was always full and it was very difficult to park nearby

Perfect location, close to pool, dining, food. Nice apartment with large kitchen/living room. Lovely terrace for breakfast. We are completely satisfied after a wonderful week.
